test/deca use help needed !

So I'm 18 and I did a cycle of test and deca back when I was 17 got insane results did a pct of nolvadex, so now my question is my body got a little taste of roids so should I do another cycle ? I'm new here and I keep seeing a lot of people saying wait till about 21 but I already did 1 full cycle and feel pretty good what do yall recommend ?

Just because you look normal and feel normal doesn't mean you are good.

Doing a cycle that early probably won't fully manifest until later on, when you're unable to produce your own Test and has to go on TRT.

I would recommend staying the hell away so you don't mess your system up even further and get some real real bad long term results. I would imagine you still would enjoy being able to have a bonner when you're 30, would that be a correct assumption?

Ofcourse , so then is there anything recommended or not so bad of a supplement for my age ? That'll bulk or cut without some kind of long term effect ?

Yes, lots and lots of food. Basic staples as protein powder, almond milk in bunches, some creatine or pre-wo product, a good multi-vitamin, that kind of stuff.

At that age eating 5000 calories a day should be more than enough for you to put considerable amount of muscle, that is if you're hitting the gym hard. Get your training program straight (I would recommend 5x5 for that age range, got some ridiculous gains doing that when I was 18) log everything you do and always try to beat yourself.

I bet if you were to do some blood work your T levels would be off the charts, probably better than mine while on T, you have no need for steroids at that age, you just need discipline.

Yeah. These guys are right. I eat 3000-3500 cals a day and im trying to get to 225. My test levels are super high and im making great strength gains...
 
Guess what I really need is a meal plan I mean I'm strict on my diet I'm 5'7 14% bf 180 but no where near 3500 calories a day
