I worked my way up to 4/4/4...
 
Waiting to see how PCT goes to decide if I want a 4 week run or 6 week as I am 216 I will most likely need two bottles no matter what. I am really wanting to see how much you keep.

Ok gang...finally had a chance to get back..i took some time off from training as my body is beat up pretty bad...so bottom line with Alpha Mass/4-AD stack.. SOLID...i started at 175lb and finished steady at 186lb. Again still no sides at all.. no water retention..no libido issues..no lethargy... I love the idea up working up the dose on 6 week cycle..thanks to certain person :) My meals pretty much stayed the same and not much calories increase at all..but yet still put on some good size/gains...YET stayed leaned..NICE!!!!!!!!!!!! My body temp was off the roof when training...strength was outstanding....vascular as hell,among as im always vascular but much more, even on my calves. Ok granted i worked from AMS/FRL and people think, well of your gonna speak well.. NOPE!!!!!! This is my second time every using a PH product..so PFFFFTTT . I can't wait to bring on the rest of our line up..stay tuned gang...and THANKS for the follow

I can vouch for this stuff, I saw all the same things you did, and the vascularity was definitely noticeable, as well as body temp.
Do you have before/after bodyfat measurements?

Agreed, with a mirror and some self confidence, it's more like "too much bodyfat, average bodyfat, ULTRA SHREDDED" instead of "18%, 11%, 6%" lol. I have been paying more and more attention to my measurements lately since I finally picked up some more calipers. It's hard not to but I think I'm starting to become OCD with it! Lol.
 
I agree with the mirrior I get more compliments when I am just eating what I need to build muscle then when I cut down to get to a certain %

I have and will continue to, AMS/FRL have some great stuff, and you are one to hook your AM peeps up with discounts! That AlphaMass still has to have been the easiest order I've ever placed.

I have taken that stack before and man it's gold. I would really buy two more of everything just because its so good. I use the hyper on workout and non-workout days, the body mortar is good no matter when and the pump fixx is a great thing to have if you want a soda but don't want all the crap in a soda.
 
I believe they're working on reformulating Body Mortar w/ electrolytes too so even better to come, I would say buy the stack again when that releases

I will be using my up coming funds for a two bottle Alpha Mass run. Don't worry I will be going through you as soon as the lawyer is done with his share.

But not sating there won't be enought for this stack as well or maybe two.
