LOG: 8 Bottles Ursobolic - What to do?

DAY 7

Fuuuuuuuuuuu! I had the worst day in the gym today :(
I was eager to hit chest and back today. Got home and downed some cashew nuts (50g) and my pre workout. Thinking that would be enough to get me through a grueling workout, I even felt full after that, but no :aargh:

Half way through I started feeling weak and queasy. No strength just sat there shaking wishing I had a recovery shake or something but I had only water. I got this far at least:


  • Military Bench Press: 5sets of 230 x 5
  • Pull-Ups: 5sets of BW+45 x 5
  • Incline DB Press: 4sets of 80's x 8
  • Seated V-Row: 4sets of 220 x 8

Here is when I started feeling weak. I think my bloodsugar took a plunge to the bottom :( Should have loaded up on a little more carbs before workout and it wouldn't have happened. I started getting tunnel vision and that is when I knew to stop, cuz after that I get the nasty migraines :rant:

I do not contribute this to Ursobolic though. It has happened to me before, happens every year once or twice..
At least I got a decent amount of lifts in before I crashed :D

Diet has been kept the same with the exception of my post workout meal (the second last one in the lists ;))

military bench is the bench with your legs on the bench right? Or is there something else i'm missing?
 
DAY 8

Took the day off from lifting. Felt like I had the word hanging on my shoulders today :(
Had a small fight with the wife, but we made up early in the evening so we spent some time together for the rest of the evening :)

Muscles are feeling fuller and my veins are more pronounced. At least that is what my wife told me :p

PCT ended a month ago, but I guess we can call it PCT still :D I gotta maintain those gains forever so ;)

You are right about making more gains :D
LoL, I've been a rep for SNS for quite some time now, I am a big fan of Agmatine, Arginine E2, Focus XT, Leucine, Liver Assist XT to name a few that I use on a regular basis. Basically I've tried all of the products :sgrin:
 
I did a thorough check up on my diet an recalculated everything according to the information provided on the packaging and I cam up to 3K cals to be my regular intake. So my calculations before might have been a little off on the previous posts. But pretty close estimations :p

So far so good. Added a little bodyfat during PCT, but it has slowed to a halt over the 8 weeks since my cycle. So that is why I introduced Ursobolic to my diet :) Keeping it the same way for 12 more weeks and see what Ursobolic can do.

1week in and body comp is going in the right direction so far. Feeling tighter, muscles fuller, mood on top :thumbsup:

I wish it only happened to me once or twice a year... I tend to go hypo really easily as it is, but in the middle of a workout is the worst... Just had hypoglycemia episode induced by compound 20 just the other day... felt like utter poo...
 
whats your dosing protocol to follow, week 2-4?
you still staying at maintenence for the 8wks so thats approx 3000cals for mainentence?
cardio 3x a week and all else the same, you taking any other supps that could be responsible for a body comp effects?

This is the best pct aid I've ever used, I feel I am in fact adding gains to my gains, My strength has been climbing I think that is how I hurt my teres muscles. Increased t bar weight too much too fast forgot my 5% rule. Never increase weight by more than 5% above your prior best on any given workout, I put on an extra 45 and got 3 but alas exuberance kicked me in the ass. lol

I see more and more guys having lethargy issues during their workouts because they're not taking in any carbs pre-workout. I don't get it. Some good fruit will power you up for your workouts and the quick-burning sugars will burn off easily and not add any bodyfat.

Dosing will continue with 18caps spread out through the day for week 2. Week 3 and 4 I will drop down to 12 and week 5-12 dosing will be at 9caps per day. Diet will remain the same yes, around 3k cals :thumbsup:

Only things else I take is staples like creatine, beta-alanine, agmatine, aminos. And the hardly effect my physique in any manner since I just came off PCT, I've been on them for 8 weeks before starting Ursobolic.

Hope you will be pleased with Ursobolic since you ordered it. I know I am so far :)

This is the best pct aid I've ever used, I feel I am in fact adding gains to my gains, My strength has been climbing I think that is how I hurt my teres muscles. I usually eat my cottage cheese with pineapple an hour before working out, but I switched things up that day so I guess that screwed with me :( Will remember it for next time though. Can't have my body craving carbs before lifting :thumbsup:
 
I've had a few days like that too bro. Low carbs and a heavy workout make for me having to leave the gym with the spins and go straight into a nice little puke fest in the parking lot. Now I always keep something in my truck to avoid that.
 
Also, I used to eat a TON of cottage cheese but I've switched it with plain greek yogurt. Oh yeah also you can use plain greek yogurt on anything you would put sour cream on and it's amazing! A protein packed sour cream! Oh and you can make dips with it too like onion dip:) Protein fortified dip?! Ok I'm done I'm a fat kid trapped in a skinny kids body lol!!!
 
DAY 9

Took the day off. Had to change the tires on the car since winter and snow is coming soon over here.
Had to visit my folks back in my hometown since the tires were left there for storage last year :p

Nothing much to report other than a long boring ride :D

Food intake was kept on track :thumbsup:
 
DAY 10

Woke up feeling like I got the flue coming so I dosed 2g Vitamin C when I woke up.
Went for a walk after breakfast just to get my body going..

Hit the gym with my father later that evening for some Biceps & Triceps:

  • Close Grip Bench: 5sets of 210 x 5
  • BB Curls: 5sets of 120 x 5
  • Seated Dip Machine: 4sets of 265 x 8
  • DB Curls: 4sets of 55's x 8
  • Tricep Cable Pushdowns: 3sets of 90 x 12,10,8
  • Standing Cable Curls: 3sets of 90 x 12,10,8
Arms were PUMPED :eek: Felt strong in the gym too. Felt like I could have pushed bigger weights.. Well I guess I gotta up the weights next week on arms day ;)

Looks like strength is creeping up slowly. I feel tight and muscles feel fuller. I think even a few veins are
starting to show :thinking:

Food intake has been a little above 3K. As long as I am visiting my parents, might as well take advantage of all the delicious home cooked meals :D
 
DAY 11

Took the day off. Although I did a little cardio during dance lessons with the wife ;)
Well actually it was pretty effective cardio since my sweat was almost pouring :o

This was my "cheat" day again so cals were well above 3K again. Tried to keep it as clean as possible, but when I felt the urge to eat something good - I went for it :p
 
DAY 12

Woke up feeling LEAN. Took a look in the mirror and seems there are some very positive changes going on here.
Didn't feel bloated at all (same as last week) and my muscles felt pumped :think:

My wife couldn't stop laughing at me when I started flexing in front of the mirror right after I woke up :lol:
Gotta admire the small changes :)

Will hit the gym for some cardio later today. Gotta endure this boring Monday at work first :(

I make my own, if you hang it to strain long enough it reaches the consistency of cream cheese and is good on veggies. FYI

Dude I think if fat is the key you'll get a lot better absorption with coconut oil. Youre looking at like 6g's fat in avocado oil 2 sat fat... The virgin coconut oil i just picked up something like 14g's of fat 12 sat! Much better choice imo...

Well it depends on how much avocado oil you take :D Usually I take ~30ml a day, but I hear you on the coconut oil :thumbsup:

coconut oil is the way forward been using it for yrs, good source of pure sat fat and the only sat fat source thats much harder to store as bfat compared to other oils, and more likely will be used as immediate energy source, so you can have ur sat fat eat it and not get fat (within reason)

but i grew up in the socal desert where its summer then switches right over to winter for 4 months then hot again almost right away... I love the snow... best thing to board on :thumbsup:

I lived in Hawaii my whole life lol. The weather was pretty much a nice 75 degrees the whole year... Never seen snow till I came to Japan lol.
