Had such a great first cycle of h-drol at 50/50/75/75/75/75, but got very very sick 3 weeks into PCT with a stomach bug. PCT consisted of nolva 40-20-20-10 and DAA 5-5-5-5. I was pretty much not able to hold anything down for a week and could not train at all. This week I got back into it and my bench went down a whopping 55 pounds. ****. Is what I gained during the cycle easy to get back because of muscle memory or did I pretty much lose that for quite awhile? Thanks guys, trying to get back to where I was but this is discouraging as hell. I had 245 x6 at 180 lbs, which I was happy with. Today it was 195 x 6. Any advice?
 
Got bloodwork yesterday, totally normal in all departments, BP was great, test was great, estrogen was low, the only thing that was a little too high was heart rate, but I had drank a lot of coffee that morning.
 
you will regain probably most of it over the next few weeks as you build up your strengtth up. You probably not going to regain all the gains from hdrol, it is normal to lose some during regular cycle let alone getting sick. I wouldn't worry about it too much, just increase the weight every week and you will be back to your natural strength.
 
You could use a few natural supplements like TCF-1+Anabeta just to get back going again. Bloods were fine, which is great!

Was this just one day that your bench dropped? If so, were you fully over your bug? I recently tried to lift while coming off of a viral infection and ended up leaving the gym early as it felt like a waste to be lifting so much less than usual.
 
I was pretty much feeling 100% by this point, but maybe next week itll be much better. I've been eating, sleeping and lifting like crazy and doubled the dose of DAA to "load" it. I'll check out TCF-1+Anabeta, thanks for the tip. Any other ideas, hopefully I can it back up there, my deads today was the same weight I was pushing my last week of my cycle, just less reps so that was encouraging. Haha I was seriously amazed with hdrol, thats a mild one too. Virgin receptors I guess.
 
you should ge most of it back as your body truely gets to 100% bro... but expect some strength to be lost regardless... your no longer on hdrol.
 
I'm doing the same cycle as far as amounts go, and I got sick near the end of week two for a couple days. Mix that with an injury, and I was out a couple days and my diet fell off. I lost 6-7 lbs and a bit of strength. A week later, I'm back up ~9 lbs and stronger than ever. I think you're still going to see some good gains.
