My toe is very messed up, couldn't train legs this week and I'm wondering whether it might be possible next week. Still worked out my chest, shoulders and triceps yesterday though.

Strength has remained unchanged, I actually managed to bust out a couple extra reps here and there, but thats maybe just because of the frustration and aggression with my toe.

My balls seem to be increasing slowly in size again, so I seem to be recovering nicely. Weight also hasn't changed a single lbs.
 
PCT DAY 13

Workout today went pretty well, I trained my back and my biceps. Strength is still unchanged and I don't seem to have lost mass yet, so I'm wondering if maybe I'll be able to keep all of the gains?

I guess I'll have to wait and see.
 
You'll notice right around now that you'll lose some size. Always around the 2-3 week mark into PCT. Well, at least for me it's like clockwork.

Yeah I'll probably lose some size from my legs at least, since I wasn't able to train them last week. Whether I will be able to work them this week remains questionable, my toe was seriously painful just doing deadlifts today.
 
Let's hope that toe incident doesn't mess up your workouts too much. Losing mass and strength in PCT can be depressing, at least for me :p
I always try to eat more in PCT and push just that little extra hard in the gym ;)
 
Haven't been updating as I was on holiday. My toe seems to have heeled a little and I am looking forward to my first leg workout since ages this week. My weight is currently down 1lbs, and I haven't been able to keep my diet in check unfortunately. I have been eating huge amounts regardless, but in italy you know your going to eat pizza, pasta and all the other good stuff they have.

Workouts at the hotel gym were pretty ridiculous due to the low weight and the absence of essential machines, but it was enough to keep those muscles working.
 
Trained my legs for the first time since more than 2 weeks...

It was absolutely horrible...Not only am I back to the weight I started out with before the cycle, but I also lost all my nice gains from the legs. In addition to that, my workout was unusually painful as my muscles just weren't used to those movements anymore.

Now my body is a little out of proportion... :(
 
:haha: All joking aside though, I am afraid of the same thing. My knees are injured from squatting and I have had to leave out leg days for the last week. Hopefully it will only be this one week, don't wanna loose the nice lean mass on my legs :eek: Gotta do some light squatting if my knees don't allow for heavy weights :(

Brother, disregard that pain or pop some pills, leaving the legs out will cause you to lose those gains and make you feel miserable! Bite those teeth together :D

I think I'll have to do that. Gotta go squat today then I guess :D No more excuses or wimpering in pain :lol:
 
Yeah, you don't want to look like the pic above! lol You don't have to squat heavy if there's a lot of pain. Maybe sub with some leg presses or hack squats, whatever doesn't hurt. Just keep them muscles moving!
 
Yeah I know, it's just that my knees haev been seriously painful when doing minimal squatting.
Can bearly sit down on the toilet to take a shit
 
Received those serious nutrition solutions samples yesterday, and headed straight to the gym to test some of them. Took some adrena-g and combined it with the arginine.

Pumps were amazing, and not only that, but my concentration and focus were really on-point. Today my muscles are more sore than they have been in a long time. Almost makes me wish I would have gotten in on that SNS arginine giveaway contest earlier ;)

A big thanks goes out yet again to my brother ConcreteConny for supplying me with these awesome samples. Tomorrow I'll be using the focusXT :D
 
Maybe get some knee wraps or take some pain relievers? Use glucosamine?

Yes, all caps are intact! I used 3 caps of the adrena-g and 4 of the arginine, and could definitely feel the effect from it as I've been off of stims for the past couple of months. Today I'll be using the focus XT with agmatine and I can't wait. Luckily I also have some left over no.explode that I can directly compare it to, and I still very well remember my jack3d experience :D

Hope your knee is feeling better brother, my toe is still black and blue but I have been training my legs last saturday regardless, and was sore for like 4 days :D
 
Sorry for not updating in the past couple of days, I have been extremely busy. My cycle & PCT are now completely over, I have retained 8 pounds of the initial 10 that I gained, and I've definitely lost some mass from the legs since I couldn't train them due to injury. My arms, however, haven't lost a single inch of circumference, so that isn't bad.

Took the focus xt for my last workout, and I have to say that it was pretty nice. I was able to push myself much harder, and ended up being really sore for a couple of days after. Will definitely be buying it with my next supplement order. Will be taking 2 scoops though, my previous experience with stims and preworkouts tells me to at least double recommendations (like 6 - 7 scoops jack3d etc).

I must say that the "off" feeling isn't really that great, and I can barely wait for the test e cycle thats coming up end of october. We'll see where it takes me, be sure to follow that log as it will be a detailed one with very regular updates.

Glad to hear you liked the Focus XT. I have a suggestion for you though. You could use 2 scoops (as do I every once in a while) but remember that is 400mg of Caffeine straight up ;) I have come to like this protocol much much better:

1 rounded scoop Focus XT with 3caps Adrena-G :thumbsup: That will give you a pretty intense energy surge IME :D

Oh btw, my back is feeling much better. Knee is still bothering me though :o

Still sounds like a great cycle. I am currently organising everything for my winter cycle, which will consist of some cutting with T3, then some lean bulking/recomping with test e 500mg/week and quite possibly some s-drol somewhere in there. God I am psyched. Still can't decide whether to go for that Iranian test or the German stuff. They are both pharm grade, and although my tendency would have been towards the test produced in my home country, some batches of the Iranian stuff have tested as overdosed. Plus they are cheaper.. :D

I'm from frankfurt brother. Right now I am doing a semester abroad in italy though so I won't be in germany until christmas. Hit me up if you are around then.

Then in february after I finish writing my exams in italy I'll go back to UK to finish off my last semester at uni and finally graduate. I will then be back home for a longer period next summer and either start working after that or continue on to do a masters degree, who knows.

Things are getting serious now :D
