What PH/stack should i run next?

Ok so i have SD (M-Drol),EPI (Epivar 18mg) and (EpiStrong15mg) LGI DMZ15 (15mg)
Ive ran a M-drol/Epivar bridge in the past and all of these stand alone in the past except DMZ. Now im thinking about using the DMZ possibly bridged into the EPI (6weeks) or just making it Super DMZ by adding 10mg of SD to every dose (4weeks).
Im about to be 30yo am 200lbs at 6' tall. prob like 15-16% bodyfat as i was last winter, thats coming from %10 this summer at 185lbs so i dont wana gain any more fat this is the fattest i care to be. I just want to add some more quality mass before i cutt again. Im not going to run this until 6-10 weeks from now cause of the M-Drol/Epi bridge i finished a month ago so im just trying to get everything in order first.
What do you guys think?

most gain size on dmz ?? do u kinda want this to b a recomp?? like gain strength but very little weight??
 
I think the quality mass would come from the DMZ and the EPI. both will add on dry mass gains. SD is known to add on a lot of water and glycogen weight/retention.

Thats what i was thinking myself but i have no experiance with the DMZ, its looking like im gonna like this dmz alot im getting excited now.

Well I have Epistrong 15mg. So I was just gonna stack the epi/DMZ one pill of each for the first week then 2 for the next 3 weeks so something like
DMZ 15/30/30/30
Epi. 0/ 0/15/30/30/30
Or
Epi 15/15/15/15
Dmz15/30/30/30

Honestly Epi at anything less than 40mg is a waste. I would do....

Yea I love some epi up high like that but this dmz is new to me but im no stranger to SD. So my main concern is sides with the DMZ at 4 weeks with bridging into another methyl. I love a good SD epi bridge but the last one I was lethargic as **** on the last week and would like to try and avoid that. So what I'm asking is the DMZ like SD with sides?

Not from what i've read. It's a drier compound and is much less toxic with the ability to put on some decent size.

Just wanted to bump this to say the DMZ is Awesome prob one of my favorites. I ran it at 30mg for 5 weeks with absolutley no sides besides a ton of size and strength. 4000 calories a day and continued that into my pct. This stuff rocks im a a week out of my pct (Torem/Nolva) Creatine, Animal Packs, fish oil all that. and i really didnt lose more than 4 pounds and gained like 15 so i would say it was deff a win. Strenth dropped a little but not much. People are still saying the old "your gettin big" compliment so im happy. Im Doing German Volume training for the next 10 weeks or so then im going on a EPI recomp whe n my GVT is done.

I would wait 12 weeks just to make sure you're full recovered

Thank you I will. Honestly I really still feel just as strong still no real dive in anything, so I'm in no hurry to run again.
Do you think running EC on top of EPI is a bad idea for a cutt/recomp?

I would ease into it. BP might be a concern.

Just make sure you taper up and taper off the EC. I noticed some bad side effects when I just stopped ECA cold turkey

That's deff what I had in mind I would imagine it could be like cutting coffee out of my diet and thats bad enough lol
