Perhaps. Leptin can be an issue with that approach, though.

I like to get a lot of my fats from coconut oil. It's practically like free calories.

The source of the fat is important. Most of mine is mixed nuts, eggs, chicken thighs, and EVCO. I don't eat a lot of breasts right now since thighs are cheaper and I need the fat anyway.
 
had to go out of town for a family emergency. minimal workouts for five days, sucks. back at it now though. strength is still up and will weigh in tomorrow. i've noticeably gained though and am losing some fat.

Puling back a little bit is good, though. I have a moderate week mid-cycle and a deload the first week of PCT to let the joint and CNS rest.

i'm still gaining despite the down time. funerals suck. anyway i weighed in at 196. not nearly as bloated as before. i've still got quite some time on this cycle. i'm sure i'll break 200. the weight gain is very noticeable now. appetite is not as big as before but still trying to pack it in. not losing any body fat like i thought earlier but i can deal with that later. i actually remembered to take a before pic this cycle. may post before and after.

I was considering stacking am with epi in the beginning. glad i didn't. the only sides i'm having is a small amount of acne and some back pain. nothing serious. this is a lot of fun. am is the real thing
