Is this true, of just total BS?

Guys, some say this, that if you cut after a ph/AAS cycle (and this is cutting after time off) without anabolics, then you will lose most or all of your gains that were made on anabolics. Is this true of just some bro science bullsh*t? Because I made great gains from my 1st cycle but do not want to lose them when cutting.

that doesn't make sense at all. If you do a cut without juice you will most likely lose some muscle but not the amount you gained on your last cycle. thats not broscience, its idiocy.

the belief is basically that to keep your steroid gains, you must use steroids to keep them when cutting.

i understood what you wrote, but their logic didnt make sense..... just cut with 10mg of superdrol, it will help keep you anabolic throughout the day

it didn't make sense to me, from my understanding with correct PCT and full recovery of natty test production, cycle gains are yours to keep, it's not like the body knows what was gained from a cycle, meaning it only understand hormones.

I think the theory is when not cutting using PH you gain muscle so your BMR will increase. When finishing the PH if you then cut, and reduce your calories accordingly, but base your BMR on your weight before taking the PH you reduce your calories too much and lose some of the gains you made.

EG. (all figures are not to be taken literally)

- Your BMR is 2500 calories
- You take a PH for 6 weeks and gain 10lbs lean mass
- Your new BMR is 3000 calories
- After finishing the PH you cut and base your calories on your pre-PH BMR so reduce calories to 2000, which means you would lose some of the lean gains you made.

Not taking account of the PH lean mass gains and the extra calories required to maintain these gains is something a lot of people do during PCT so lose a lot of their gains as well.

I agree with warsteiner...The best thing to do is make sure when u do cycle ur not going to wanna cut right away..For pct u wanna make sure u keep what u gained by maintaining mass...You can gradually decrease cals say maybe 3rd week of pct than work ur way down...But dont do it so drastically right off a cycle...Have a plan ahead of cycle

Yeah, either this or do a cut when you are using a PH so you can cut calories drastically and not need to worry about muscle loss.

Yea cutting while on cycle is good as well...Thats what i did on my first epi cycle and loved it...
