hcg and arimidex dose?

hi guys

aged 30 male
iam runing 125mg of test e a week split in to 2 shots mon and thursday
what does shoul di run hcg should i run at 250 iu a week? and what day should i take the hcg shot?
plus running quarter of a 1 mg tab of arimidex eod
is this ok?

See where.you.are with out hog and.Adex.for first five weeks when. You.start hrtt
do.not.add.extra.variables. If all is good then one can add hcg
Then measure another 4 weeks if e2 is high dex may be added in
do not assume and use an ai just to throw it in there for good measure. That's bassackwards thinking
