con cret

not worth it.

but then again, i usually dont respond to creatine (ive had a few good runs with krealkalyn).

ill try to rehash my last post about it.

the first time i took concret was also the first time i took no shotgun. my friend swore by concret so i figured id give it a try. all my lifts went up and i felt like i had incredible workouts.

the second time i took it, i took it with assault (which already has some), AND upped the dose AND took it for about 2 weeks longer. i saw nothing. no strength gains, no breaking through plateaus, no out of the ordinary outstanding workouts.

my conclusion was that no shotgun is awesome, concrete sucks, and i just so happened to THINK it was the concrete helping me out because my friend was ranting and raving over it and i took the 2 together.... ive got an unopened no shotgun i ordered sitting on my table, i cant wait to give it another try (if i dont see the same results... i must have just had a 6 week run of coincidentally great workouts)

conclusion: ill never waste my money on it again (solely on the fact that i spent those outrageous prices for enough to use 2-3 servings a day PLUS however much is in assault for 8 weeks and was probably the same strength and weighed the exact same at the end of those 8 weeks)

hey, it might work great for you like it did my friend... i just dont really respond well to creatine.

Its my general opinion that creatine is creatine. Monohydrate vs other forms have never produced any additional ergogenic aid in my experience.

other than the fact you may reach saturation a bit quicker, theres no real need to spend the money on con cret. a simple creatine mono will do just fine, and be much easier on the wallet

I did not like my run with it either. I've tried many creatines in the last 8 years, and my two favorites are trinitine, or if your willing to spend a bit more, thermolife cbol.. Hands down. Mono is economical and works but really messes with my stomach. As long as trinitine and cbol sticks around , I'm a happy lifter .

con crete is WAYYYY to expensive....This Invalid Link Removed is byfar the best for the buck and results. No bloating like a monohydrate.(for me) And its a malate, which acts just like an ester so the dosing is extremely small.(jus like con crete)

I agree, but what you combine them with can yield different results.

Conclusions

Experienced resistance-trained males supplementing with CrCHO, W and CrW achieved greater increases in strength and lean mass following 11-weeks of training compared to a CHO supplement, with changes being enhanced by the combination of creatine and whey compared to whey alone. Supplementation with CrCHO, W and CrW resulted in a greater increase in CSA in all fiber types assessed, and these increases strongly correlated with the strength gains.
