Looking for something that helps me workout as much as I want.

I like to work out 6 days a week... my body, not so much. It's just a little much at the moment. Anything I can take that will allow me to work out when I want? Not looking for a hard PH.

Weight: 170
Goal: Hypertrophy
 
in short.....NO. Believe me, I've tried. I can promise you it doesn't exist. The only thing that can support the CNS (central nervous sytem) is rest. Just because you like to work out 6 days a week doesnt mean you need to kill it all 6 days of the week. I used to like doing 7 days a week, and usually twice a day on all 7 of those days if I was cutting, sometimes 3 times on the weekends if I found time for another session.

Go ahead and keep the same schedule and even go to the gym all 6 times, but instead of killing it with a full blown workout, just do a nice deload session for 2 of those days. It will keep your schedule/routine the same without overtraining.
 
The thing is, each body part has 2 days of rest between the next workout, so I would think they would have time to recover, but they don't seem to. And how would you describe a deload?

It has nothing to do with bodyparts being fully recovered. WAAAAAY more goes into recovering from workouts than just the individual muscle that you worked out. Things like your adrenal glands, cortisol, your CNS, etc, etc..

Just do a search on the term deload and you will turn up a million different results. If you want to just generalize it, dial the intensity way way way down. Treat it like a stretching session.
 
Hey I was reading some comments and you seemed like you knew what you were talkin about. so I am going to buy test and deca 400 mg each per cc so I will be taking 2 cc's pretty much at the same time. i have been told I need to find liquid nolva and liquid chlomid and if it says novadex dont buy it. However the things he told me to buy are 90 a piece. and another guy said he took the same thing I have and just got over the counter estrogen pills for 10 dollars after his cycle and is always fine. Let me know! asap

Damn. I several of the listed symptoms from overtraining. I guess I need to pull back a bit.
 
i believe a lot of hardcore bikers(according to gangland) use meth amph to ride, party and kick as$ all night long. im sure itd do the same for working out lol

To OP have you looked into any HGH products? They're said to speed recovery..
I'm kind of in the same situation I over train a bit, so I'm going to be giving HGHpro a shot..Startin up tomorrow :D
 
Theoretically, if you ate enough you could workout everyday, but youd be eating a **** ton of food
 
Meth... not even once lol. As to the HGH, I've never really looked into them because I've heard they have adverse side effects.

TBH HGH is probably the best thing you could use. The only side effect would be natural suppression (which I hear can be very minimal if done right). All that stuff about getting a bigger head, and growing more are not really applicable to over the counter HGH stims. Though I do think that unless your natural HGH is already not doing so well then any natural booster will not really help you. After the age of 25 or so GH levels are supposed to decrease 10% or so every decade. So getting that extra 10% back could aid in your hope to stay as far away from adrenal fatigue and stay recovered.

im a huge fan of anabolic innovations but i dont care for the profile of hghpro. gabba to me and many i know does not really help with sleep and sometimes can hinder it. i think there are better options here. me personally i switch back and forth from powerful and hghup
 
Hmmm..yeah I've never heard anything like that. I'm not saying it isn't possible but all the sie effects I have heard of were all beneficial..its definitely nothing like ph or steroids..

Yeah I'm a huge fan of AI too, an even bigger fan since they gave me the opportunity to log HGHpro lol..I've responded extremely well to most of their othr suppliments so I'm pretty pumped about this hghpro..I've takin samples and it had me sleeping like a baby..and i have some pretty significant sleep issues at times, so for me that says a lot..
Everyones different tho, wht works for some may not work so well for others
 
there is no need to work out 6 days a week. u should weight train 3 to 4 times a week. now if u wanna do cardio the other days,thats fine. rest time = growth. look up DC Training or 5x5.
 
i workout 8 days a week.

like the beastie boys said, "i got get back, and get some sleep, cause i been rockin this party 8 days a week!"

Op if you want to train that much you can like others have said you just have to make sure your sleep and nutrition are om point. A lot of the eastern block lifters lift everyday and sometimes twice a day. But is it necessary in my opinion no. But both can work and in the end comes down to preference.
