Need help with IGF LR3 plan

Hi Folks. 40 yrs old. 235 lb.5'9. Using for 15 years. On week 8 of 9 week prop/dbol cycle. Ive ordered 3ml IGF LR3 for first time use. Using it with Nolv. for PCT. I play a field sport. Im moving to another country soon to play so I have a few questions Im hoping you can answer for me:

1. I plan to mix 1ml IGF with 1ml AA. I'll keep the other 2mls of IGF in the freezer without mixing. I'll store the igf/AA in the fridge while using that vile.I'll load the amount I need and add BW x4 per injection. Is this ok? Do I need to store the AA and BW in the fridge also?

2. What is the amount I should use to get good return. I was thinking of 80mcgs per day with PWO injection times on training days and mornings on rest days. What do you think?

3. Can I bring the IGF LR3 to training to take after as it wont obviously be in a temperature controlled environment? Can I add the BW before I go training or do I have to take the BW with me seperately and add when Im ready to inject?

4. Will the IGF be ok in the suitcase for a couple of hours before I arrive and get it into the freezer/fridge? Do I need to store it in something while transporting?

Sorry for all the questions lads but I need to get this right.

forgot to add that Im slightly confused on how long to use. Some stating 50 days on /40 days off and others recommending 4 weeks on/4 weeks off.

I personally feel anything over 60mcg at once is a waste. I know most people say to do it right after IM in the muscle worked but I found much better results doing it pre-workout. Can't figure out why people say post, try them both if you wish but trust me pre-workout is the to go. I never used it on non-training days. Maybe 20-30mcg before a big meal but I don't see much of a point to using on off days as your not unregulating any receptors but to each his own.
 
What you get when shooting before working out is a massive pump, not extra growth.
If you are just after a pump, just use jack3d or hemorage ultra concentrate. As this will workout a lot cheaper.
The growth with igf1 takes weeks if not months to materialise, as the growth you get from igf1 is tiny (baby) muscle fibres, which takes time to mature into fully grown muscle fibres. Pump and growth is not the same !
If you shoot post workout your receptors for igf1 are open and primed to bind to the igf1, and less likely to bind to receptors in the intestine.
