Things are looking good in here bruther. Seems like this combo is treating you real nice :)
I might go with this stack for my next bulk. The feedback from everyone who has run this stack is awesome, can't wait to try it myself ;)

How much cals are you aiming for per day btw? Or do you just eat, eat and eat some more? :D

I'm aiming for >3000 kcals. I don't count them exactly, but I know that I am way over considering how much I'm eating at the moment. Also get some serious calories from the 2 tablespoons of olive oil I pour over every meal.

Its weird however that I have not had a single side effect up to now. I don't have back pumps, head aches or any other problems. From what I see I am getting some shutdown, but the easiness of this cycle almost makes me want to add 2 weeks of superdrol onto this. Any ideas?

If anything, I'd just extend this run out another week or two. You'll eventually hit a wall and the gains vs sides won't be worth it. It usually happens for me right after the 5th week.

Also might be nice to use it for kickstarting an injectable cycle in the winter.

Or, alternatively, I could get something like h-drol or stano-drol (androhard) and lose a couple % of bodyfat while maintaining my gains off the dmz/m-lmg. I have absolutely no idea why I am only up 4lbs to this point (weighed in this morning), either I should be getting huge, or if I'm not eating enough it would show because I would lean out.

I ran a log of these two compounds a few months back and it's somewhere on here, you could search maybe "Dieselbolan V2.0 log" or something along those lines. I've ran LMG MANY times before and this time around with the Dzine, it was a bit different. I didn't gain as much weight, but strength really increased and I actually looked more vascular?! Weird. I think the Dzine may have had something to do with leaning me out while on LMG. But search for my log and you can see how it went.
 
Just read through your log and saw that this stack brought you up 10.5 lbs...Thats not bad, but from other logs that I was reading I thought this was going to blow me up like hell...It could however be that many people retained a lot of water through high sodium intake etc. and therefore had such huge weight gain. Since my sodium intake is pretty much 0 I have not retained much water at all which also made me wonder why lmg is referred to as a "wet" compound.

In terms of vascularity, I am experiencing similar things. My veins feel like they are going to pop and they hurt sometimes too. Still no sides at all, makes me wonder if I should have run something much stronger, as my body seems to cope well with PHs.

M1T would make on helluwa kickstart for an injectable cycle! Never ran it myself and never will. I'm even sceptic to touch Superdrol even though I have a bottle sitting in my stash screaming "open meeee" :laugh:

I'd extend this to 6 weeks if you have the cash for another bottle, but alternatively you could use M1T at a low dose 5-10mg the last 2 weeks...
 
Heck, just pin test for another 10-12 weeks! 500ml/week will do you good!

Maybe some deca stacked with that also.Then after having completed this cycle with PCT and everything, I'll start a cutting phase with yohimbine, ephedrin and green tea. Maybe I'll also add some anavar into the mix for good measure. I've got this planned out already :D
 
DAY 17

Alright so today I hit the gym again as I am planning to squeeze in 6 workouts this week. I'm still not sure whether this will really give my muscles enough time to recover and grow, but I'll go with it...

I increased my bench press by another 10kg today, but got 2 reps less than last time. Still, a decent result considering I already increased it by 10kg on monday. Dumbbell incline bench press increased by 3kg. I still have not gained any more weight, and I am absolutely clueless how that is even possible.

Increased my leg extensions by 5kg today, leg curls by 2.5kg. Squats were still the same as on monday.

As far as sides go, I have had some minor back pumps during the squats today, however, it was nothing that impacted my performance. I also seem to sweat like hell.
 
Adding some test to this would make it interesting. I was looking into a test cycle but my source fell through :( so it s either phorce or sd/epi bridge for my next cycle

DAY 18

So todays workout was nothing special. I noticed that my urine was a bit yellowish all day today, although I drank a whole lot of water. could have been the heat and the fact that I worked outside all day today though.

Did not increase any weights, but the pumps are getting very insane...If it gets any worse I'll have to find someone to wash my hair for me after my bicep workout :D

Also, my balls have decreased a bit more in size. But then again, small potatoes make the steak look bigger, lol.

Also had some annoying pain in the middle, left, bottom part of my left forearm, if that makes any sense. Made exercises where I need to grip very strong a bit hard (ex. lat pulldowns).

Can it be forearm pumps? Or is it a sharp excruciating pain? I know Phera gives me nasty forearm pumps when doing BB Curls :aargh:
 
Nah bro, they are definitely not forearm pumps, otherwise I'd have it in my right forearm too. Its more of a stingy pain I get especially when I grip very hard.

My workout pretty much turned to **** today when I realised that I forgot my lifting gloves yesterday and that nobody had put them in the lost and found or handed them in. Wouldn't have been so if angry if it wasn't a pair of expensive schiek lifting gloves with wrist strap. I really don't understand who finds something like that and then keeps it ??

Anyway, no weight increases, cut my workout short of a few sets, and then went home pretty depressed. In addition, I had some pretty intense pain in my right hip during squats today, so I had to stop after 2 sets. Guessing its probably joint pain, although I'm taking 5g of the strongest fish oil caps available every day. Might need to get some cissus soon.

That's a good idea. I remember trying them once on BB Curls and it felt like a completely new movement :)
 
DAY 23

Was way too tired yesterday to report back after my workout...Workout was pretty good, the pumps were absolutely crazy during my biceps exercises. Banged out an additional 2 reps on pull ups, went up 2.5 kg on my bent over barbell rows (cracked the 200lbs barrier now) and increased my lat pulldowns by 2 reps.

The only thing holding me back a little bit was a flare up of the pain in my left forearm. Don't know what it is but I'm too scared to go to the doc right now because the result will always end in me having to stop lifting for a while...That would be pretty bad now :D

You could always go check it out and see what the doc says. If he gives you any medication or painkillers for it; save them for later after PCT :)
 
You might want to try myo-facial release with a tennis or raquetball to see if it helps. It does wonders for me, seriously.

I'd start the creatine first day of PCT. Alternatively you could start it right away :)
 
On a different note, my balls have decreased even more in size and are now ridiculously small. Sperm count has also visibly decreased, so this cycle seems to cause some serious shutdown.

Do you take 1 cap in the morning and 1 in the evening or both in the evening (since estrogen activity is highest at night) ?

I always dose my SERM's at night, the full dose. That way you avoid the sides associated with them and sleep through them instead of walking through them during the day ;)
 
DAY 26


Todays workout was really incredible. I took a buddy of mine along for it (he is a personal trainer) and he definitely knows how to make me push that last bit of strength out of myself. I increased the reps on every single exercise, the most was on shoulders. I also added an extra exercise for my back as I still had enormous power left.

Only 4 days left now, interested to see how much I can still achieve those last few days. Going to keep pushing hard and eating accordingly. I have visibly increased in size, although my bodyweight only changed by about 8 lbs. Didn't lean out or anything, but overall I am still satisfied with the results up to this point.

Won't be extending this run with other compounds, I'm going to put my emphasis on keeping the gains in PCT and recovering for my winter cycle.

No brother, I'm not leaning out. However, Since I am visibly bigger and my strength has increased quite a bit I am very happy with this cycle. Time to use those last couple of days to kill it even more. :D
 
CYCLE RESULTS

What can I say, my cycle is now officially over. Yesterday was the last day of taking phorce, and I squeezed in one last workout to take full advantage. It was a great session, I was strong as a bull, motivated and very energetic.

In total, I gained 10 lbs, which I am very happy with. I experienced the following strength increases:

25kg on squats
20kg on bench press
10kg on lat pulldowns
10kg on leg extensions
12.5kg on leg curls
10kg on weighted dips
10kg on french press
15kg on barbell rows
4 extra reps on pullups
7kg incline dumbbell bench press
10kg on cable crunches
7.5kg on shoulder press
5kg on curls

And thats all I can think of for now. So basically I got some great strength increases, decent weight and mass gains, and an overall great feeling while on-cycle.

The sides were pretty minor and definitely tolerable. The biggest issue was probably joint ache, and although I supplemented glucosamine towards the end it didn't change anything. I would hence recommend to have some cissus. Also suffered from lethargy here and there, but it wasn't anything too serious.

Apart from that I can say that I did experience some major testicular atrophy. I didn't really mind that to be honest though.

A BIG thanks goes out to ConcreteConny, who not only recommended this stack but also followed my log. Thank you brother, hope to see you in my future logs!

ps: I will now keep updating this log during PCT so that I can report about any weight gain/loss and whether I manage to retain the gains.
 
It is now day 2 of PCT, and the official weigh-in this morning showed me that I am up 1lbs from yesterday. This might be due to the pizza that I had yesterday evening, as I haven't had a single cheat meal on-cycle. :D

Took the nolva before bed-time, seem to be responding well to it. However, I am always wondering why all these substances smell like rat poison?

Phorce smelled like rat poison
PCT assist smells like even stronger rat poison, the one you use to rot out whole colonies
Nolva smells like mild rat poison.

Going to have to wash out my pill box thoroughly after all is done...

Let me just tell you from my experience that I would have been comfortable upping the dosage by 1 cap. It would also make sense to go higher on the lmg.

Yeah man plan is to dose DMZ at 30 and MLMG at 75 for 4 weeks....and run the M14 at 120 for 4 weeks.

Personally, if I would do this cycle again I would dose the DMZ at 45 and the MLMG at 100. Thats just me though, do whatever you are comfortable with. This cycle was a breeze however.

Everything seems to be working out perfectly. My workout yesterday was amazing, even managed to bang out 1 - 2 more reps on certain exercises. I think this might be because of the creatine. Other than that, I haven't lost a single pound, and I have been keeping my diet very similar to on-cycle.

As of tomorrow, I will be switching to a 3-split to give my body more recovery time while its not on gear, and also so that I can decrease the volume a little and increase the intensity. I will be adding dropsets to some exercises so that I can increase the time under tension, and I will add in some additional exercises for the big muscle groups (especially back and legs).

I am using pharm grade blastofen, which I ordered from an online pharmacy. For some reason I still have some cycle support left, although I did a loading phase and never missed a single dose. Doesn't matter though, I just add 1 scoop of it to my morning shake just to help my liver recover, although I'm already taking 6 caps of liver assist xt. :D

To be honest I didn't think I'd still feel this great coming of the compounds, but my mood is great and my libido has increased quite a bit with the PCT assist.

I am really liking it so far. It has a great ingredient profile and is also quite cheap for what it contains. I am planning on running it at least 2 months before I start my winter cycle end of october.

I have been using a lot of products from the SNS range up to this point, simply because they are no bull$hit, no filler supps and are relatively cheap. Plus, the supplement website where I always order pretty much sells the whole range :D

Products I haven't tried before that I am curious about are:

Adrena-G
Focus xt (would love to know how it compares to jack3d or no.explode)
PEA-500 extreme
Picamilon 50

So I literally smashed my big toe today... I was carrying a very heavy table with another person as we are currently having new wooden floors put in. The table basically slipped his hand and crashed directly onto my toe. Had to go to the hospital immediately, fortunately I didn't break anything.

I am now on pain relievers and wondering if they will combine well with the nolva. I am also not sure whether I'll be able to do my leg workout on friday, but I'm praying that I will because I really don't want to lose the gains I made.

This is such a downer right now.
