Dbol & Test

Hey everyone, just had a few questions and was hoping I could get some incite...

I started my first cycle two Thursdays ago:

Test400 - 400mg/week for 12 weeks
This **** hurts, first shot was in my delt and I couldn't move my arm for days, it was terrible... Quads and glutes only from now on, even after I get the sterile oil to dilute it(should get here this week)

Dbol - 50mg/day for 50 days
I dunno about this either, everything Ive read says that's high, and too long, but I was told I should? I cant do much bout the 50mg tabs, but should I lower it to 25 days, and save it for another cycle?

Ive got my diet and workout locked down, and Ive already gained 10lbs, I just want to straighten a few things out:

1) Is my dosing and schedule correct?

2) Should I split my injections into two a week instead of just one?

3) Since the Dbol is powder in capsules, would it be beneficial if I split the dose throughout the day? I'm reading half-life is 3-5 hours some places, 6-8 in others, shouldn't I aim at having a constant in my bloodstream? Right now I'm eating these protein bars Ive been making to make sure I have a real constant flow of nutrients(Im eating every two hours) and I was thinking I could open the capsules and mix it in, that way I'd have a constant flow of Dbol too... With the amount of mixing that goes on, I'm sure it would evenly disperse through all the bars.

Any incite would be greatly appreciated.
 
Oh one other thing: my package with my pins STILL hasn't got to me, so I'm REALLY late on my injection... Just do one as soon as they get here? Is this a real serious problem? I had troubles with my card and didn't realize my order hadn't been placed, so Ive only taken my first injection(I refuse to reuse the needle I have). I should get them today or tomorrow...
 
First never start a cycle without everything on hand. Second that's a big dose of Dbol, provided it's accurate. I only get more bloat after going past 25-30mgs a day. It doesn't sound like you can split them so use them for a front load for 2-3 weeks then stop, 400mgs weekly is a good dose for a first cycle.
 
Ya I realize I should have had all that lined up ahead of time, I was told they'd be thrown in, but now my buddy is in the same situation(I dunno how), and I'm waiting on my order... WHICH STILL ISN'T HERE!

Any thoughts on splitting them by mixing them into home made protein bars?

I'm assuming its test e, or test cyp, if so 1 injection a week is fine. Your levels won't be as stable, but half life of test e is something like 10 days and cyp is 9 days... I hate pinning so I stick only 1 a week and didn't notice any issues. As far a dbol, I'm not sure, maybe someone else ll chime in, or you could try a Google search...

It's a rather poor cycle, but you're already into it, so ready or not you're cycling...
Run dbol twice a day, 25mgs at a time for 50 total per day. Don't run it over 6 weeks. You should run test at 500mgs a week, 250 twice a week and keep it for maybe 16 weeks. My recommendation is to drop the dbol, run only the test at 500 per week and see how your body reacts to a cycle of just test. Save the dbol for another cycle.

I did some more google searching, found something that said it would be beneficial to break it down -- even down to 5mg every few hours(breaking 10mg tabs in half). I dont have tabs, so dont have that luxury, but unless any one objects Im going to take 8mg every 2 hours via mixing them into my protein bars when I make my next batch tomorrow. I read its recommended to take it with food anyways, and I snack like clock work, so that should work perfectly. N ya thats what I thought about test - with its long half life once a week would be fine... But the more I read people are saying twice a week.

I'm on day 13, so I dunno bout dropping the dbol, at least not til day 25(especially considering I was late 6 days late on my 2nd shot). I would consider upping to 500mg/week, if that would really make that big a differences - but would 500/week for 16 weeks really be a good idea for a first cycle? Plus I wasn't really planning on buying another vile...

I'm not going to lecture you on your cycle, but someone taking crack for the first time on day 13 will say he feels wonderful too. It's later that you have to cope with early mistakes... You're pumping your body full of steroids, so naturally you're going to gain muscle size and strength, but that doesn't mean it's a smart cycle. But, it's not horrible either. Going from 400 to 500 will not make a huge difference immediately, but it's considered a good starting point from which to launch future cycles. The dbol will mask many of the benefits of using test alone and you won't know how your body reacts to test. Are you sure you have all the gear you need for sides, PCT and in-cycle maintenance? I hope you're not just popping the dbol and shooting test without regard to PCT, etc.
 
I understand why for a first cycle you would want to stick to one compound: it would be smarter to know how my body reacts without throwing in a bunch of additional variables. Perhaps my prohormone exp doesn't count... But all of the ones I've taken are now banded, and considered aas, so maybe not. I've taken epi super tren pplex, my last cycle was a 12 week bold with trenadrol for the last 4 weeks. I am familiar with sides, support supps, and pct - although thus will be my first bout with a serm: I have clomi on hand.

And this is daily, a lot of which are in proprietary blends, so there's more support on top of that... Any comments?
 
The test and dbol are shutting your gonads down. when you come off, or even before, as in soon, you are going to start bloating up with water and looking like the michelin man or the pillsbury doughboy. clomi isn't near enough - get some HCG and some anti estrogens quick dude. start with the anti estrogens (tamox, exemestane, etc) now- you can get those from research labs, then move to HCG to restore your gonad function when you go off the test

read up dude= celery seed, what is that crap? Liv 51? is that the same as liv52? essentiale forte is good stuff- or any of those lechithin phospholipids- good for protecting the liver

You dont know what celery seed is??? odd.... its for BP. And yes he has to mean liver52.

OP, your supports look legit. Stop the d bol at day 30, get some hcg and a AI quick. run the hcg while on to keep production going and use a low dose of the AI to keep down bloat and estrogen. Depending on what AI you get will determine the dose. Id try for adex (.5 eod or .25ed) but others work well too.
 
So this is just me updating this thread. Dbol was ran from 7/21 - 8/14, Test at 400 mg from 7/21 - 9/9, then 500 mg 9/16 - 10/21 based on mentors recommendation. He also said he didn't think I needed to run an ai - my acne was mild, I had "test shine" but my skin wasn't that oily, and I wasn't experiencing much bloat. I had arimidex on hand just in case. Some testicular atrophy, but not bad, libido was great the whole time.

On cycle I went from 162 to 195. I was already lean, and I wouldn't say my bf changed much, if at all. If you are wondering why I went on cycle at such a low weight, I was arrested back in 2009 and did 15 months. Going in I weighed 175, and lost a lot of mass in that time. On cycle I had good strength gains and new prs across the board. I frequently checked my blood pressure and had no problems. I'm trying to get bloodwork in the next week.

I started nolva at 25 mg/day 10/28 and will run it until 11/18. So far I have had little change in weight, and my strength is still going up.

Overall I feel good, and I'm really happy with how it went and the results.

damn nice gains. what was your diet? did you use an ai?? 50mg dbol would bloat me like a mofo without my letro
 
Ya I'm pretty stoked on it, I now know why everyone says you should aas over ph. I felt good all the way through, sides were really pretty minimal, and I actually felt more at ease - I expected to feel more aggressive or moody. But I just felt calm confident and strong. Almost euphoric really. I'm hoping my blood work shows I'm ok, I've had messed up cholesterol values from ph, but I was pretty on point with support.

As for bloat, there were a couple times I got a little puffy in the face, but my overall bf looked about the same all the way through, my nips didn't get tender or larger. My mentor said I could throw ais in, but it might inhibit gains n he didn't think I really needed em.

I have full bloodwork n hormone screen next week, but I'm really wanting to jump onto an anavar solo cycle.
