Hello all I've been lurking around for awhile doing a lot of reading and decided to finally make the jump into a helladrol cycle.
Im 33yrs old 6'4" 225 ~13%bf and have been working out off and on since high school, got back into it full swing a few years ago. Currently doing a push day, pull day, legs, off, repeat and have been enjoying it. Anyway the wife gave me the go ahead for this so here I am haha.
From reading my proposed cycle is like this:
1-6 helladrol 50/50/75/75/75/75 ( may go to 100 for last 2 weeks?)
1-6 n2guard
1-6 hcgenerate
pct
6-10 post cycle/unleashed ( as directed)
6-10 Formastanozol 5 pumps am/pm
6-10 hcgenerate
After the Hella cycle i will also go back to my preworkout and creatine during pct.
Im eating around 34-3500 cal a day with 300-325 protein, 300-325 carbs and 80-95 fat ( including fish oil). Will probably up to 4k during.
Pretty clean diet eggs and oats for breakfast, chicken breast or tuna for lunch, steak or chicken for dinner with lots of veggies and 2 cups of cottage cheese before bed.
I guess my question is does that cycle look sufficient or am I missing anything pertinent? Feel free to add or subtract anything from my list I am very open to suggestions.
My goal is to recomp gain some strength and increase my lbm. I currently run in the morning before work and workout after work, ranges from 6-8pm.
