It is sad indeed

Well, the supply is done. Finished it all this weekend! :( Now I'm back down to the stack I was running prior to FXT (listed on the first page). Will be posting a full review this weekend as I have a quiz I'm studying for which takes place tomorrow and my last exam for lecture on Thursday. I have to do well to maintain my A in the class or else I have to take the final. Lord knows I DO NOT want to take that final - I'm dreading having to do that as much as the rest of my class is.

Be back soon!

Good luck with the quiz and the exam

Good luck with the test.

In the meantime, can one of the SNS reps elaborate on any clinical references or cited research to support the argument sns8778 presented regarding Piracetam not requiring Choline with each administration/one big dose of choline being all that is needed to suffice one day's worth of Piracetam supplementation?

Maybe sns8778 himself can chime in and explain.

I am by no means an expert on this subject, but I think you could supplement with extra choline if you wanted with the Piracetam dosages and I guess you are aware of this:

"Side effects, safety, danger, toxicity
A common side effect of choline ingestion is increased body temperature and sweating. Nausea and loss of appetite can result from very high doses. Most people notice having more focus and being more alert. A positive effect is that it helps with erections.
" - Invalid Link Removed

So if you experience any adverse side effects from increased Choline intake just drop the dose back down.
But I'll try and get the boss to answer this for you more in depth ;)

Good luck on tests! Power through thevpersonal stuff buddy. I have a lot going on too just have to keep pushing and things will get better

Focus XT really helps w testing etc and there is no need for extra choline. Everyone is different, some barely need any at all

Lately 1.5 scoops of focus works great w 3-4 cap of piracetam

I sincerely apologize for the delay. I would like to give 100% towards my final write-up an have been putting it together as time becomes available. I'm still preoccupied with school as I have one more exam (my Practicum) on Wednesday, considering I don't have to take my final for lecture (which would be on Thursday). I find out if I have to take my lecture final tomorrow in class. I have a lot of slides to study and memorize and not a lot of time to do it!

On another note, I purchased 2 tubs of FXT off the SNS website. I'm so glad that deal has been up for this long. It would have been heartbreak if I would have missed it. I'm stoked to try out the Pink Lemonade flavor!

Will update accordingly. Stay tuned and thank you for your patience.

glad to hear you like the focusXT so much. and pink lemonade is easily my favorite flavor of Focus XT ,not too tart or sweet-just right!

I gave my opinion. You are certainly entitled to your own. I dont personally take extra Choline on days where I take Focus XT; that is my choice. If you chose to do it differently, then thats up to you. Too much Choline gives me brain fog and would be counter productive for me personally.

First off, I would like to present formal apology to SNS and all of you who were following my log. I finished off my semester strong with A's all-around and had already commenced my final review for SNS Focus XT but a plethora of unfortunate occurrences befell me soon after my semester finished. I had 2 friends who passed in a car accident, a relative who came down with MERSA, a [young] relative who is now having a baby w/his girlfriend, personal problems with the parents which led to me moving out of the house and a change in academic pursuits, in terms of which university I would be attending for my RN program due to unforeseen complications. I also had a complication with my final grades once the summer term had already ended (as we were commencing fall term) in where a professor turned in my grade as a 'B' instead of an 'A'. That was Mission Impossible in and of itself--I won't go into any detail with the other previously mentioned situations. The preceding are just a few things that occurred since my last recorded experience with Focus XT. For those of you who are subscribed to my log and were consistent in checking in with me, you now have a better idea as to why I failed to keep up my end of the bargain towards the end of my log.

I will be erasing the above posts after an undisclosed period of time as I am not entirely comfortable with posting up my personal life on an on-line message board for various reasons--many of which may seem obvious. I am always available at full disclosure via PM for the few of you who I have kept in touch with in the past. Aside from that, let's get the ball rolling on this, baby...

SNS Focus XT Final Review (End of Log)

Let me begin by saying that I have received nothing but positive feedback from those who I've suggested Focus XT to. I have a childhood buddy who is studying for his state exam to become certified to work as a police officer and he absolutely loves this stuff for studying. He prefers the Blue Raspberry flavor though. I, on the other hand, enjoy both flavors.

HOWEVER...

I feel obligated to share my experience with SNS' Focus XT Black Cherry flavor. First and foremost, I'd like to thank kingjameskjf for providing me with the samples. He was nice enough to include several 500mg caps of glucuronolactone. I've only tried the GL once and when I did, I administered it sublingually (meaning I opened the cap up into my mouth) and let it sit under my tongue for 30 secs. before washing it down with some Focus XT. The GL pairs nicely with the FXT and I feel the effects within 10 min. after adminstering it sublingually. Then again, I have a lightning fast metabolism so anything I take will take effect in under 20 min. :)

Now, I'm saddened to report this but I did not have a very good experience with the Black Cherry flavor and let me explain why. It is not because the effects were any different or the mixability was unacceptable. I've already shared with you all how I feel about FXT's mixability and it has been concluded that is mixes quite well considering the kind of product it is/the ingredients composing the products. (this matter is addressed a bit earlier on in my log)

My only problem with the Black Cherry flavor is how it affects the color of my stool. I imagine there's a bit of you who may not appreciate the nature of my report at the moment but it is what it is. Aside from the fact that the BC flavor stains the hell out of your teeth with a horrid dark-blue color, it manages to have the same effect on your stool, turning it blue-ish. I am not kidding you when I tell you I felt like a smurf every time I took a serving of the BC FXT LOL! :D Sorry guys, but this is freakishly concerning. It makes me wonder what my internal system must look like if that's what is coming out of me. I personally feel the flavor is not worth the "side-effects", if you will. These results were replicate in experiments I conducted with two of my other friends (one of them was my childhood buddy) and they didn't believe me until they experienced it for themselves. It's safe to say I'll be sticking to my Pink Lemondade and Blue Raspberry flavors!

Now, concerning the other two available flavors.. I've had some phenomenal experiences with FXT and I will continue to do so. Till this day I still purchase FXT with my buddy and we will continue to do so as long as the quality remains on par. FXT is very reasonably priced especially when considering the 2-4-1 deal that's been going on for what feels like ages! We've taken advantage of this deal twice thus far and we will continue to do so as long as it stays up. Although I have covered the various effects produced by FXT throughout my log, I would like to emphasize I am very pleased with how this product works. I highly appreciate FXT's ability to produce just the right intensity. I, for one, cannot function efficiently when I'm overstimulated. The caffeine works impressively synergistically with the rest of the formula and I definitely qualify as a stim-sensitive individual. I sky-rocket when I drink 1/4 of a Monster. Don't get me started on products like Jack3d (poorly formulated product but makes a hell of a flavor enhancer with alcoholic beverages).

FXT is genuinely versatile in its approach and its effects. I use it to promote effective study sessions and lifting sessions as well. I recently started incorporating intra-workout nutrition into my training consisting of BCAAs + Carbs (dextrose). When used in combination with FXT as a pre-workout (1-1.5 scoops) I reap great results in terms of endurance, mental focus and drive. I am able to focus intensely on executing [correct] technique and my strength has increased significantly. We tend to underestimate the power our minds exert over our training. Your mindset can make or break your workout and I have experienced both sides of the coin.

Mixability: 8.0

Taste - Considering there's only 8 oz of water used to mix FXT, both flavors are delicious, especially when sipping slowly through study sessions. Sometimes if I'm a bit sleep-deprived or demotivated about studying I'll just slam a serving or immediate, stronger effects. However, I prefer to drink about 1/2 a serving at once prior to commencing a study session and sipping the rest throughout my session. It is common for me to take 200-400mg L-Theanine with my FXT when studying as well and it compliments the formula nicely.

Mixability - As stated previously, the quality of FXT's mixability is subjective. I do my utmost to attempt to view situations from various vantage points. In this case, I feel there are only two ways of observing FXT's mixability. One way suggests that as a powdered product it doesn't mix all that well due to the settling that occurs at the bottom. A simple solution to this is to simply give it a couple of whirls whenever you want to take another sip and your problem is solved.

Now, when considering the type of product FXT is and the ingredients entailed in the formula, it is really very simple to understand why this occurs and thus it doesn't really make sense to let the situation be blown out of proportion, thereby, affecting the product's rating. There is always room for improvement with any company's product(s) but SNS has done a great job in formulating this product or both effectiveness and viability.

Effects - I constantly praise FXT throughout my log and since my first experience with it, it has become a part of my study protocol. Sure, I can get everything contained in here separately but why would I complicate my life when SNS has already done all the work for me? I will say I am not too thrllled about the "prop blend" approach. I am sure SNS has their personal reasons for going about the situation in this manner but these are simply my sentiments on the matter. I know there are many who would agree and disagree. Whatever your stance, it is difficult to argue against the fact that it reassures the customer they are not being hustled. From a business standpoint, I realize a prop blend makes it highly complex for other companies to create imitation products but there are various ways to get around this. Where there is a will, there is a way. Other companies have managed to disclose to their consumer base the precise contents of their product and the amounts of each ingredient without any significant loss of any kind coming about as a result.

That being said, this is the end of a VERY good run with FXT but it is most definitely not my last run in with this outstanding product. SNS has won me over with FXT and I am excited to explore the rest of their product line in hopes of achieving a potent nootropic stack/training aid protocol. I suggest everyone who has not tried it go on SNS' website right now and purchase Focus XT. They're letting TWO TUBS (2 months supply) for LESS than the price of ONE! It's a no-brainer from whichever standpoint you would like to take up.

Try out both flavors: you will not disappointed by neither the results nor the taste. I look forward to achieving greatness with FXT and look forward to the upcoming SNS promotions. You can count on me turning in more apps for testing! :) My sincerest appreciations and gratitude goes out to the SNS family and all of you who participated in this log and experienced the FXT journey with me.

I wish you all the best in all your endeavors and best believe I'm rocking this semester with two more A's just like I did last semester!

Nice write up. I love the black cherry taste. however I agree there's way too much coloring.
