out of breath

I went to Sams Club and bought a 65# bag of dog food. I carried it on my shoulder, about 30 or so feet to check out, then about 100 feet or so to my car. I was out of breath when I got to my car but my breathing soon returned to normal. Am I just out of shape, or unhealthy?

Agreed.Very good stuff for increasing endurance.

Energy drinks won't help your shortness of breath. Infact it could do the opposite. However i like to stack vo2 with a low dose of your favorite pre work out. Mine is rpm.

Take into consideration that no supplement will turn you into a marathon runner. It takes a lot of time and hard work to be in top physical and endurance shape.
