Hi my stats are
Age: 21
Height: 5'11
Weight: 215
Bf: 17-21%
training: 5 years on and off, been dedicated for last year, lost 50lbs so far.

Anyway I recently got a supply of var 200 10mg and I was thinking of doing a 7 week cycle 20/30/40/40/50/50/50 my optimal goal is to lose about 5-7% bf (diet, cardio and weight lifting will be in check) and I have already started my me pre-cycle supplements, (red hawthorn berry, milk thistle, etc) and I plan on starting my cycle in a week or two i am trying to lose as much weight as i can before but i am kind of on a time constraint and have to start this cycle soon or i will not have enough time to do so, anyway i was wondering if i should change my cycle increase dosage and make it shorter or lower the dosage and make it longer? Also i've been getting mixed information i was told i should slowly go up in mg and also slowly go down in mg (ex 20/30/40/40/30/20) in my cycle but i have also been told the opposite? I also plan on doing nolva after.
Thank you

Pick a dose and go with it all the way through your cycle. Even 20mg of anavar taken at night is enough to stave off catabolism. Take your entire dose right before bed with a casein shake.

All at night? First time I heard that, have you tried it like that? I was told one dose with breakfast and one midday. I aslo heard take one of the doses before workout.

Var is the best anticatabolic besides growth hormone and maybe tren. During the day you have insulin spikes going that keep you from losing any muscle. The only time your really run the risk of catabolism is when you are fasted for long periods of time at night, so I say take it all at night with some slow digesting protein. This will pretty much 'seal in' the amino acids in the muscle cells, which is exactly what you want when cutting.

Just my opinion though. I'm cutting with var right now, and I'm getting by with just 20mg every night.
