First post...first cycle. yes, I want your validation. lol

Ok, so I bit the proverbial bullet and finally ordered my first bottle of Halotest-25 and RC Torem.

6'0'' 190-198 depending. BF: hovers 15-20 depending on time of year. Been lifting for about 4 years. Starting weight was about 150lbs. Waify, I know. Went on the worst bulk process ever and got up to 200lbs real quick. I've always been a terrible eater and KNOW I need to work on it. I took about 9 months off last year after my son was born and lost a ton of poundage :( But I rebounded fairly quicky. So there's my stats n story. Here's the goods.

I have researched until my brain nearly exploded and here's what I came up with for a 4 weeker.

Cycle Support: 2 weeks prior and through the duration of the cycle.
Anavite: ED
Glycobol: 2/D
Halo: 50-50-75-100

PCT:
Torem: Here's where things are fuzzy for me. People are mixed as far as frontloading. I have as follows.
1-4: 120mg
4-14: 90mg
15-21: 60mg
21-end: 30mg
Testopro: Before bed
Phosphatidylserine: Cortisol support

I'm going to try and hit 2g/lb protein a day and carb up, but I've never been much of a food counter.

My question for you guys is on the PCT dosing. I've read it's really hard to actually know exactly the /mg of the dose so any experience from you guys would be great! Any other constructive criticism on anything I'm doing is greatly appreciated as well and will be taken into account.

Also, for my last 4-6 week workout switch up I went to full body routines and saw EXCELLENT progress. Shot bench up to 255 1rm from 225. I know that volume is the way to go during a PH cycle and as long as I avoid failure a **** ton of volume can be done. do you concur?

I know this all may seem overboard for a weaker compound such as this, but I've always been a researcher and worry wart. lol

what is halotest, hdrol? anabolic allows your body to recover faster (altho doubtful how much on such a weak compound), but that doestn' mean you should switch to volume workouts. workout the way that gives you the best gains.. if that is full body routine then do that, maybe something like DC training? your pct dosage is perfect imo. one last thing is i would cut down to about 12% before i did any sort of cycle, 15 is on the upper side of OK but 20% way too high imo
