HI-- I have been uisng the Somnidren-GH ULTRA pill and ZMK for a while now love it!! but yesterday was strange... I went to sleep but I woke up in the middle of the night and felt like I was wired??? I final went to sleep but it took about a 40 min for me to fall back to sleep??? WTF???? I use it when I have a hard day in the gym and my body is just so sore.. But for real that was just plain crazy!!!! I got 7 hours - the 40min.. anyone every had that happen??

it actually happens to me from time to time, but its usually closer to morning. I have always called it my "recovery timer". its like my body and S-GH working together know what time I should be waking up, haha.

Its a rare occurence, but it does happen to some.

When to take it

Sorry islandmagic. I'm not sure if I'm stealing from your post or just adding to the questions for Somnidren-GH ULTRA and ZMK.
I have a hard time taking these on an empty stomach before bed. Should I just skip it if I can't take it on an empty stomach? I have a hard time cramming in dinner three hours before I go to sleep and would hate to be wasting it.

Using the products will always help you more than not using them...no matter what you have to do for food. The only issue with Zmk is that you want to try and avoid calcium intake within 2 hours of using it because it will fight for consumption with the vital zinc and magnesium in zmk.

Carbs fight against a GH boost, so thats why you should avoid food within 2 hours of using S-GH. 3 hours isn't really an issue...and like I said, even if you HAVE to eat near using the products...you shouldnt stop using them. You're still gaining a benefit...just not AS great as void of food.

Sounds good. I've been trying to eat earlier enable to get 3 hours between dinner and bedtime. I have found that it keeps me from eating out of boredom. The product seems to be helping a ton. My dreams are more vivid and last longer. The mornings have also been great. I was on Melatonin before from a doctors advice but it left me groggy in the mornings. Not a good motivator for my 6am 25 mile bicycle commute in 40f weather.

My 2 cents since you ride have you tried Cordygen5? or OR citruvol.. If you have hAVE NOT GET on it!!!!! it is the shi#$

I own a small bike shop in town which I run after my normal day job and weekends. I'm going to get rid of every other supplements on my shelves and switch to Millennium Sports supplements. I'm currently using the following.

Athlytes
Carnage
Cordygen-v02 ultra
CRE-02
MVP-365
ZMK
RPG
Somnidren-GH Ultra
Ragnorock Ultra (which I don't think I like for riding but not sure yet. It feels like my musles fill up "pump up" and they get hard to move) I have started taking it after my rides or short sprint days)

The picture on the left is from my IBEX clothing photo shoot taken on the same road I commute on. I can not post a better picture until I have 50 posts.

OK I officially hate my Somnidren off days. Here is a tip. Don't make Sunday night an off day. Your Monday will suck. I feel so much more relaxed throughout the day after a night using Somnidren and ZMK. My ride in this morning was nice and peaceful and awake which was a good thing because a herd of deer jumped out in front of me.

I understand this completely. Im not currently using Rok pre, but when I do...I only use it one days that i'm not doing cardio. A lot of days I hit the heavy/speed bags and i've had so many times where I had to stop because it felt like something was trying to explode out of my arms haha

Once again Somnidren has proved itself. I bruised some ribs on my right side probably just shy of breaking them. This happened last weekend. Instead of pain killers at night I increased my dosage of Somnidren to 5 caps (I normally take 3-4). I slept a lot better. The deeper sleep helped keep me from tossing and turning which hurts like hell. I even rode my bike into work again this morning needless to say is painful but I have the energy. I saved $24 in gas fuel this week alone. Now I can put it towards some more MST product a better kind of fuel. At this rate the MST products are paying for themselves.
