Hello everyone, let me start by saying this is my first post here, I came across this site about an hour ago and have been unbelievably impressed.
I'm new to the body building world and especially the products that come along with it.
Ok, so here is what I need help with, I'm looking to cut up for the summer and make gains if possible I've been doing some reading on ANDROlean and have been pretty impressed with the results.
I'm currently 6'2'' around 200lbs. I'm really trying to lose as much bf as I can and get stronger with more endurance. I will be joining the army and have plans on joining the rangers and looking for and added boost right now.
My diet is pretty good and I am working on getting it better.
I'm all ears to criticism, opinions, options, advice or other better products(low side affects please I'm not looking to be bald with liver failure covered in pimples lol) again I'm not looking to become the hulk but I would like to be around 10% body fat and if I get big on top of that then that's just a plus.
So if anyone has any idea suggestions opinions or other options then please help me out I'm all ears and more then willing to learn we all start somewhere.
Please don't bash me I'm here to learn and get started I'm yes I will be doing more research everyday this site is great :yup:
