PhenomHCL - GHRP & GHRH Log
This is my log for the GHRP and GHRH compounds.
I recently found a few sources, and a source where you can pay by paypal :shocked1: which will be legit since i can just file a claim against them if i dont recieve the peptides, and get the money refunded.
My original plan was to run Hexarelin and Mod GRF 1-29..
But since i found this other source, that has paypal, i orderded GHRP-2 and GRF 1-29, 1 x bottle of each.
Stack i'll be using to accompany the peptides -
GHRP-2 2mg
Mod GRF 1 29 - 2mg

If would have been good if i had the extra supplements to go along with it like the fluoride,cortisol and prl blockers, but i dont have enough money for that atm, but in 2 weeks i will have enough to run the "true" technique, with the full blockers, and Hexarelin added in aswell
Dosing -
Since the peptides are 2mg i'll be able to dose it 2 x times a day, to make the most out of it, but seeing as how im smaller than the average person for my age, it should be pretty potent.
I'll be dosing it
Morning:
1 x 70mcgs GHRP2
1 x 70mcgs Mod GRF 1-29
and
Pre-bed
1 x 70mcgs GHRP2
1 x 70mcgs GRF 1-29
If i added Melatonin to the pre-bed dose, i would get double the amount of GH release, but in the country i live in i cant buy it from any stores, , i can only buy it from Nutraplanet and like i said earlier, i dont have enough money for that right now, but in 2 weeks i will try out the Melatonin.
What i'll be on the look out for -
Longitude bone growth
Neurogenesis/Enhanced brain function, seeing how much more efficiently i can use my brain, and how well i can remember things.
Fat Loss
Muscle building, will only be done 1-2 times a week max, and only light resistance training, since resistance training when done lightly can help you become taller aswell, it kinder presses against the bone, and it makes the bone undergo something similiar to joint loading, but only dumb bells, nothing heavy.
I'll go ahead and see how well everything works out.
Since its only 2mg, and my dosage will be 2 x 70mcgs of each vial a day, i should be able to use it for for around 27-28 doses
I think thats pretty good, this way i can test out the GHRP and GHRH and how well they work in a short test, in a period of 27-28 doses if im able to gain 1 inch....hell maybe even 2, then damn, then i know we're in business.
