so just did a natty cut was 205 18% bf now am 185 14%. 5'9 27 y/o current maxes w/ form that'd pass at meets, bench 285, squat 385, dead 515. I have plenty of PH experience done phera, SD, halo, epi, hemaguno, tren, mlmg some multiple times. In a week I am starting this stack, to go on for 4 weeks. i know im stacking two methyls but they are both mild, and bloodwork just done my liver is tip top. Going for 200+ grams of protien a day, clean and low carbs, low fat. 2000 cals a day +/- my goals in this stack is to do some recomp maybe be 185lbs@12%bf.
