epistane vs hdrol for size gains

Food is best! Good nutrition and actually taking in enough cals to grow is better than using a steroid at 6'0" 162lbs. Seriously. You've got a lot of room to naturally grow, bro.
 
x2, u dont need prohormones yet. get your nutrition down first and the results will be exponentially better and you will keep more of your gains. but if your just dying to decide... id pick epi for 6 weeks

Epi is a good bulker, would be best if your wanting size. Muscle cramps and bloat could be a problem for some. Halo is fun....
 
Epistane all day. That's a no brainer. I've stacked Epistane with 4ad in the past and had fantastic success with it. I was also 205lbs, and starting to flirt with deadends in terms of anymore natural gains. Eat up, stay consistently inconsistent with training.

Totally disagree. Epi is a recomp PH. I gained 6lb on in (40-50mg) for 6wks where as halo gave me 13lb. Dont again some dont respond to Epi well.

As for now, creatine, pro,BCAA, etc. Once you hit 185 than re post. Helladrol is the only Halo PH sold now. Epi is gone.

but doesnt halo give you water weight i just want dry gains
 
As with several compounds the users diet is going to determine gains. I've cut with it and Ive added lean mass with it. Many logs demonstrate it's ability to put on Lbs. Many hdrol logs showcase different, leaner gains. I have had 2 bottles of Epistane delivered to my door this year. It's out there still, black sealed tops $34.99 each.
