PDE5 Inhibitor Question

Was thinking about this as a possibility,

When using the PDE5 inhibitor Cialis 5mg every day as a maintenance to keep the PDE5 low does this cause any permanent enzyme changes? Such as does it after long continuous use cause the body to upregulate production of the enzyme or cause the body to downregulate PDE5 production? I'm just wondering because if I come off I wouldn't want any permanent upregulation of the enzyme or a enzyme rebound

ERection that are sustained for to long can cause ruptures in the penis capillarie wall, but will lower dosage it should not be an issue. Question is are you getting the same response from the drug at that dosage? I have not seen any literature on causing suppression. The question is why do you need it in the first place? I would be examinig looking at the root cause to why it would be needed instead of using it as permanent stop gap measure. It may not affect your unit but there are other pde5 receptors in the bladder, prostate,and other areas of the body. Prolong nitric oxide exposure is not a good thing as it can cause major oxidative stress from its metabolites. If I examined your case I could probably come up with alternatives or eithe the root cause to why you have to use it in the first place.
 
I've been on TRT monitored by my doctor. He has me take 200mg of Cypionate once a week. I have had good results and performance athletically and in the gym. But sexually I have felt the same as being hypogonadal, and I have also noticed odd changes in my vision since starting. Seem to have affected my neurotransmitters as I have good energy and libido near the morning that drops sharply toward the night along with vision....
 
Yeah the Arimidex he gives doesn't work. Seem to bring me way too low and I end up feeling good only one day out of the week. He wanted me doing .5mg monday and thursday.

I'm doing a 1/4 dose of Aromasin ED from a research chem company and it seems to work better. I'm cruising on 500mg Test right now and bulking. Seems to have helped more using Aromasin.

This would be my concern over any kind of rebound effect. It's not going to have the same properties as when you block a receptor, but all classes of PDEs are present in the CNS, so I would discuss long term neural effects with your physician.

On 500mg of Test what do you think is the most effective dose for Arimidex, because I keep getting some days of feeling great mixed with most days feeling limp. :/

That's way too much test. You need to lower your dose of test so that your estrogen levels lower naturally.

This forum is for men using HRT doses. There is an AAS section for those cycling and they have more experience with those type of doses.
The problem is you can have the same problems from dropping too low on estrogen that you have on going too high on estrogen. You can't know which one you are without a blood test for e2.
