Splitting PH caps

Don't do it! I tried to take half a cap in powder form just by putting the powder in my mouth and washing it down with water. But now my throat hurts and even after eating a big breakfast, I have the horrible taste in the back of my mouth and my throat hurts a bit. Makes fish oil burps taste like candy.

I would suggest emptying another cap of something else and put it in there.

You could just mix it with a very small amount of juice or milk and it won't give you that yuckiness!

Ok I will try that tomorrow. I figured after eating protein shake and breakfast it wouldn't be an issue but I was wrong.

An hour later I can still taste it

A bag of empty capsules doesn't cost that much. Vitaminshoppe has them or you could possibly find them cheaper online.
