++Molecular Nutrition-XFA/TestFactor w/schizm++

hammer strength has a deadlift machine? crazy stuff.

I absolutely love the muscle density/fullness that creates the wicked pumps with X-Factor.

hmmm, not sure if it's 'officially' a deadlift machine...perhaps it's just meant for shrugs..has the 2 sets of parallel handles, an adjustable seat...IDK, it works for a DL in a roundabout way...

Gotcha, ya thats meant for shrugs but could certainly emulate a rack pull.

...well, it's the thought that counts, so thanks Jeff! :)

I'm sure! Was TF just released in sept of last year? Was that just the 1st run batch?

Indeed it was, yes we sourced all of the RC Pensis we could and made a massive run that sold out much quicker than we anticipated. Its hard sourcing new ingredients, innovations costs.

that is a trend i have noticed, once somebody runs XFA they are sure to run it again in a month or two.

Notes: workout was, ‘meh’....really should have taken the day off or just cardio...not sure body was ready to bring it (glycogen stores down too?)...woke up with full body DOMS, nothing too bad, but that coupled with concentration bouncing back n forth...could have been interrelated too though...was a struggle to get the pump going...anywho...tomorrow will be off or cardio, depending on how I feel when I wake up...

Still looks to be a good w/o even though you didn't feel like it was. I used to think I should stay home if I don't feel like going but I have found out I feel much better knowing I did a little something.

Notes: BLAH! was an ok workout...had some aggression going on...and had some major sweating...I can always tell I've had too much sodium the day before by how much I sweat the next day...

lol, glad to hear we have another ArA believer amongst us.

the #'s are growing too ;)
I have yet to read anyone not have any results from it...I am highly interested in seeing/using the XF/DAA/TF supp you guys have in the works...

I hope Bill pulls the trigger and puts that into production, because I have zero doubt that would outsell XF or TF.

Mon 3-7-11 Back/Tri

Day 47

Back/Tri- heavy

XFA train slowly coming to a stop...

Ok, so you can’t say I don’t switch my training up any...or often...decided to run heavier set scheme, use R/P and use static holds and some slow negatives...at least for all this week...esp since I had a great deal of DOMS following a heavy day for back last week.

**Hoist wide pulldown
2 x 15 (rest/pause)
**Stiff arm pulldwn
1x20/10

SS CGBP x 15
**seated Lat raise 2x20
**Hoist Tri dip
2x15/10

Notes: Overall good workout...there were a few times, esp towards the end, I found myself switching into superset/volume mode...will need to fix that, but had a great pump, moved some decent weight for me & had good mind/muscle connection...
Diet: doing good, no urges for junk for the most part...increasing cals some, using some coconut with before bed protein...and a few extra carbs PostWO & w/lunch....as it doesn’t appear my weight has gone up all that much...but still leaning out and filling out, which is cool...

Yeah I was wanting to order me some pure DAA or PA's DAA but I have been holding out waiting on this.

Order Pat's DAA to hold you over, last time I spoke with Bill production has not yet begun on our product.

Notes: Had intended to get over to the Hack squat machine, but being as sweaty and stinky as I was didn’t want to wade into the sea of people that was in that area...but workout still good...felt good, strong...bumped up the intensity factor on the weight used, going to add in some DB’s for the lunge and single leg squats next week....also feeling tighter all around, esp in my core...like when jumping, has been feeling easier to do when doing squat jacks and plyo hops...lovin it....

Wed 3-9-11 KenpoX+/Core

Day 49

alas, the train is pulling into the station :puppy_dog_eyes: ....but will be riding the XFA train again...

Off day from the weights...
Popped 3 XFA and did shoulders enough to get a pump going...then smashed thru some Kenpo/cardio plus...and core work...looooove it!

Tomorrow will end the run with Ch/Bi's....also will be trying Universal's new PreWO, Animal Rage...

yo bro! That 50 days went mighty quick didn't it :(

Looks like you had a blast though, I can't wait to read your final write up. Have you leaned out considerably? You've still got some test factor going on though right? Kill that last workout tomorrow, son!

It always does when your on XFA as people just want to keep going, hence why we see people expanding their cycles another bottle sometimes, I've seen a few X-Factor fanatics over the years do some intense runs with the product in regards to both length and dosing.

Notes: Today was the final XFA day, was hoping to go out with a bang. Overall, good workout...got some good work sets in, didn’t get as quite as pumped as usual, but was going at a much slower pace...and heavier than when doing QBM...so that’s expected...I have really enjoyed using XFA...will come back in here shortly and post up final thoughts/review aboooot it...hang on... :wink1:

yo-yo Tbar!
50 days gone...You're telling me, that went super fast!
I have leaned out, yes...particularly on my upper abs....I'll expand more on that in the Final rev....and TestFactor, actually no...they were (and still) out of stock when I started the log, but had picked up a bottle at VS to get things going...so just ran it for a little over 3 weeks at the beginning...the last 4 weeks has been only XFA....

Final Review

XFA- Final Review/thoughts

When one happens upon XF/XFA and sees that the main ingredient is Arachidonic acid, a key regulatory omega-6 essential fatty acid, ‘muscle building’ doesn’t immediately come to mind....at least it didn’t to me when I first saw it pop up around the forums last summertime. It wasn’t until late fall and reading some reviews of XFA that really got me interested in learning more at which point I went through some of the logs and posts about it and I’m really glad I did.
After having completed 50 days of using it and experiencing the most of the day-long muscle hardness and dense workout pumps (4-5 dosed 30-45 min preWO) and the leaning effect it has given, I would recommend and use XFA over any of the test boosters I’ve used to date. It’s been my experience that XFA has given (me) the results that the test boosters promised, but have failed. I mostly ran a volume type workout using supersets & dropsets, with heavier, lower rep workouts sprinkled in, strength isn’t all that much of a priority to me, but felt and feel strong going heavier, which I’m transitioning into now for a little while.
Diet wise, I pulled back on the carbs some more so at night time and none after 8pm, limited sweets/desserts during the week (from a little to none) but not as much on Fri/Sat, and just overall didn’t count cals. I even upped them the last 2 weeks of this run, by adding in some fruit and extra ½ cup oats with postWO meal, 3 whole eggs for an afternoon snack and ½ to ¾ cup of raw coconut before bed. I have been leaning out all over to an extent but esp noticeable is upper Abs and the start of the serratus area, I’ve been noticing these tending to ‘pop’ out more now when doing Kenpo/core work. I stepped on the scale this morning, day 50, and it read 171. I started at 173. Not the direction I was wanting to go weight wise, but I’ll take it and just be more mindful next XFA run and see how much further I can take calories before they spill over.

TestFactor, I had originally intended to run this stack for the 50 day duration, but due to more needing to be produced, MN was out of stock. I went out to VS and picked up a bottle and had a good 3 week run with it, increased libido and aggression, would have loved to have picked up another bottle to finish with the XFA, but lack of extra funds prevented it.

HUGE thanks to Molecular Nutrition & crew for the opportunity to run this log. Loved every day of it! Be on the lookout for my next XFA log...coming soon. I'm hooked! :01:

Adding: Also worth noting, some users report some sides such as increased DOMS, headaches, joint pain, ect. I experienced none of these or any negative sides. In fact, most workouts I trained to increase DOMS, but still didn't have any more than I normally see, which isn't much. Of course I also use 25-30g of Bcaa/Eaa IntraWO so that does aid in recovery, fwiw.

before/after

I'm still trying to perfect my pic taking abilities...but for kicks...here's

lmao that reminds me of when I didnt have cable, but the antenna picked up a channel called Universal Sports that played womens beach volleyball regularly... that was a good semester.

No doubt that and some Tennis stars such as Sharipova and Wozniaki are so fun to watch.
