how to take PowerFULL

I’ve been thinking of buying PowerFULL but if I do I was wondering what the proper way to take it is. I hear some people say 3 pills before you go to sleep and other say 3 before workout and 3 before you go to sleep. What the best way to take this if I take Jack3d as my pre work-out? Thanks

I would do 3 before bed. If you can afford it, do 3 in the morning upon waking and 3 before bed

On workout days i'd go with 2 pre-workout with the Jack3d and 2 before bed. Non-workout days go with 3 before bed only.

I just started with two before bed, I am a smaller guy so I usually do not need as big of a dose usually.
