hdrol and estrogen

both. All i know is when your testosterone goes higher your estrogen does higher to to try and equal it out which can cause gyno then in pct your testosterone goes down and your estrogen is still high so you gotta take your pct to even it back out

thats what i thought, but wasnt sure.

You have to remember though, H-drol doesn't aromatize into estrogen. Only your endogenous hormones will be in flux when you take it. If you're really concerned, keep an AI on hand- ATD is potent but awful on the joints, I've been hearing good things about ERASE though. You can go pharmaceutical for AI's too, but for H-drol as a standalone I hardly think it would be necessary.

when does your estrogen start to increase? during cycle? or post cycle if u dont start the nolva?

Estrogen does not increase on cycle. H-drol does not aromatize to any estrogens. Because on-cycle your endogenous testosterone production stops, your estrogen levels will fall, as there is no test to convert over. Estrogen rises AFTER you begin nolvadex. Nolvadex restarts testosterone production, and subsequently your body begins working to correct an imbalance between test and estro. This is where the AI comes into place in PCT - controlling estrogen levels as they rebound back up.
