Hi this is going to be my first ever log at NP. I have been choosen to take a run with the new Phytoserms-347. There is a lot of attention on Bulbine product lately........let see how it compare to other natty testbooster around.
Forgot to weight in this morning, will do tomorow morning first thing. Took pictures this morning will try to post them up tomorow. I will not do any blood work, since I leave in Canada and I don't think my insurance would cover it.
Update weigth is 220 lbs first thing in the morning, will post pics soon
Today was upper power day
went like this........
Day 1
Incline bench press
185 x5, 205 x5, 225 x5, 225x5
Barbell Rows
185 x5 for 4 sets
Standing military press
135 x5 for 4 sets
Barbell shrugs
225 x5 for 4 sets
I had a good workout, feelt strong and ready to attack the weight. Hurt my back a little doing barbell shrug. I hope I will be ok for tomorow. I have done chiro treatment for the last 6 months, haven't squat or deadlift for over a year lower back was to bad.
Not much to repport yet on Phytosarms 347 will see at it goes.
