Leighs Epistane and 1-T Run

Hey guys I am currently running an Epistane and 1-T cycle. I am on week three of my cycle. Sorry I couldn't get the log started earlier, but with the holidays being here I wasn't able to log my progress. But I will catch everyone up and continue from today to the end of the cycle.

6 Week Cycle

Epistane:
Week 1- 20/30/30/30/30/40/40
Week 2- 40/40/40/40/40/40/40
Week 3- 40/40/40/40/40/40/40
Week 4- 40/40/40/50/50/50/50
Week 5- 50/50/50/50/50/50/50
Week 6- 50/60/60/60/60/60/60

Dosing for weeks 4-6 aren't set in stone. I will dose according to how I am feeling.

Dermacrine:
Week 1- 10ml/day
Week 2- 10ml/day

I used Dermacrine for the first two weeks because I only had one bottle of the 1-T.

1-T:
Week 3- 10ml/day
Week 4- 10ml/day
Week 5- 10ml/day
Week 6- 10ml/day


Nutrition

My diet has been all over the place. It wasn't very clean and consistent the first two weeks, but into week three it is coming together and I am getting in the calories I need. Generally I try to get in about 4600-5100 calories per day.

Side Effects/Noticeable Effects

Week 1- 2:
- There was really nothing to note, maybe slight strength increase. As we all know the fun begins week 3 :D during week 2 I noticed joint pain but I ordered Cissus and received it today

Week 3:
- At the beginning oh the week I noticed a high level of aggression and I got irritated very easy. Luckily this only lasted for about 3 days. My workouts this week have been phenomenal! This week alone I have gained 4-5 pounds. The pump is amazing.

Current Weight- 265
 
Just wondering if you where planning using a serm on your pct. I'm about to run a similar but milder cycle. Sounds like it's going well look forward to updates
 
I really don't think i'll need one, but I always have one on hand! What are you planning on running?
 
Updates-Side Notes

Like I have said before, I have noticed an increase in aggression. I've figured out that it really only comes out when people are being idiots or do stupid things. Naturally I'm a logical easy going person with complete self control when it comes to my aggression. Haha but with the epi/1-T I am much more opinionated and let my aggression show. It's no problem really, just hought it was funny.


I also would like to comment more about my workouts. I can workout out harder and longer, and the pump I get is amazing. During this week alone I have gained 5-6 lbs and can see a lot more fullness.
 
Sounds good how are your joints. I've been on joint supp for awhile and they have made a big differnce but I. Still have tennis elbow all the time.

I have noticed great gains so far, I will get a picture to post up after i'm done with my cycle and then also post a picture of me in August when I started hitting the gym hard.

I am having bit of a pain in my pecs where they connect to the shoulders. It last for my first 3 sets of bench and then fade away. I only do chest once a week so I know that it isn't over training... Any ideas?

Sounds like sholder inpingement. Make sure your benching technique is correct. Pull shoulder blades back, lower the bar (should feel like your pulling the bar apart) and make sure your elbows are in, not flared out.

Great advice and ouch that sucks. Not to thread jack but hope you go it fixed.

Glad to hear the cycle is going good. Keep us posted
 
I forgot to mention that my weight is up to 270 lbs! I feel great and workouts are unbelievable! I just bumped up my dosage to 50mgs a day so we will see how that makes a difference
