Ive been off androgens for almost 3 months and my hair is falling out in the shower (no hair on my pillow) but the shower is causing alot of damage.


Idk what to do, im seriously in a depress mode right now i cant sleep i just hate my life, (not to get emotional on u bros).

I dont like the fact of having to take a hair loss product to make it regrow i just want it back. Idk how it could be falling out now that im off the ****.. I dont get it..

your hormones are outta wack.what was your cycle and pct? I would think you'd recover after awhile. your probably suspect to male pattern baldness.this is why research on what your taking and your family history and issues is important.I don't think people take this part of a cycle into account much but I believe its a huge part of a cycle.It could be stress as well .I have a friend who's hair was falling out for awhile and it was due to stress once he got on this stuff his doct gave him his hair came back and he was cool.
 
Maybe just start with topical treatments bro, nizoral 2%, spiro 2% and a shampoo containing Azelaic acid (revivogen shampoo), all are relatively inexpensive.I agree with Mich, I think your hormones are out but once they are back to normal things should return to normal. Hair loss is a bitch!
 
cycle+pct info would be helpful. Unfortunately this is part of coming off in some cases, I understand how it can feel ****ty sometimes. There have been a few times, albeit for no more than a day or two, where I feel like I'm in a black hole and nothing will ever go right again. You have to understand that this is not the case and that it will get better. Just hang in there, with time it will all equalize and it some things could help speed the process.
 
We all no what u mean bro, it sucks but thats the price to pay. I been on finasteride 2mg/day and washing my hair with nioxin shampoo and conditioner for the past 3-4months and it got a bit thicker but u can still notive the horse shoe pattern. Itll never fully grow back, unles u go rogaine Or hair plugs.

In the meantime, lets treat that depression. Call ur guy up, get up on a blunt or 2 and lets see that frown turn upside down. Balding does cause a lot of depression
 
Just bite the bullet (no pun intended) and shave it all off.

That's really the only advice I can add.

Yeah dude when i had gyno i thought it was bad, but all seriousness dudes, id rather have a small case of gyno than have hair loss..

Im scared of DHT blockers because i dont need anything destroying my sex drive. A buddy of mine tried this **** called Procerin. He went on a test/winny cycle and his ****in hair just fell out, it was like snowing hair. lol. He took it and believe it or not all his hair grew back. His hairline was back and he had no bald spots. He is still taking it, hes been on it for 7 months. Im either gonna try that, or just buzz it the **** off.

And the hormone issues i can understand dude but, once they settle, the hair wont grow back, i believe once the follicle is dead, its done...

I can look on the bright side, i dont have a weird egg shaped head. And if i just buzz it i can take AAS without worrying about hair lol.

But in all seriousness its bugging the **** outa me...
 
Dude, first off, get a blood test done if you already haven't. You'll want one that includes DHT levels. There's a sticky on AM about how to get a decent price on lab work. Post your results on here and I'm sure you'll get some good specific advice...there's some really knowledgeable guys on here that can spot the issue right off.

Sounds like something has rebounded or spiked, but until you get bloods done your just taking shots in the dark.

I went through a very stressful time in my life (marriage and work stuff) and my hair thinned like crazy in front. Used to bother me a lot. It's starting to slowly thicken again, but what's funny is I'm almost fed up with thinking about it and will probably just shave it all off even if it does go back normal. The only thing making me hesitate some is I have big ears.

Well if you wanna look at the bright side, shaved head= no hair loss problems lol.
 
Also check out the sticky on the top about hair loss prevention. I mean all you have to do with most of the products is just apply some to your scalp before bed every night and your good to go. It just turns into a normal nightly routine for me.

Well right now im running NPP by itself until my guy gets back into town so i can get some test.

What u reccomened? Topical Spiro?

I said in other threads i have Nizoral right now.

Im just worried that the Spiro would interact with deca as finasteride does. I dont need it to speed up hairloss lol.
 
invest in hats bro lol im always wearin one and got a nice collection. my buddy just got hair plugs done, doesnt look bad at all. cant notice the pattern or the plugs unless u spread his hair out, looks legit

Lol hair transplants? **** that lol.

Anywho nizoral is working awesome, im not shedding much at all anymore. Along with 2 scoops of toco-8 everyday!
 
how long u been on toco-8, i heard that stuff is crap and only works on like 1% of men

I use the 6% minoxidil finestride topical. I'm not sure if it will interfere when used topically..

I also use the hair regrowth shampoo. Id say overall these have worked and definatly help me maintain what I have. On or off cycle.
 
Sucks to here about the hair loss, but it sounds like you got it under control. How about the Depression, hopfully getting everything under control has helped. I know that when you get in a real funk it can take a long time to get out of it. I know that hitting the gym hard can help some times, but if its something you just can't kick then there no same in talking to your doctor about it. Just remember there's a lot of guy on here that know what your going thru and are pulling for ya.:beerchug:
 
I rarely notice any hair loss on cycle, it's always been during PCT for me anyway. I get a little volatile and sometimes depressed during PCT, due to hair falling out, libido is usually shot for awhile and just feeling like ****e during PCT, so I just have to get ready for that before each PCT. Usually only lasts 2 weeks or so for me, except the one time I took tren and PCT took like 6 weeks....

Yeah i got the hairloss under control, ever since ive been using toco-8 and nizoral i went from losing 10 hairs in the shower down to like 1 or 2. So im happy about that, and i have regrown alotttt of what was lost. My hairline was receding and now it seems like its dropping down forward. So thats a plus.

My father has a receding hairline so im assuming that, that was to be expected. So do all his brothers and his father.

There are no bald spots on my head, i just have 2 really bad cowlicks in the same ****ing spot on the back of my head lol. So it parts the hair and ****. But according to my family thats always been there (I mean how many of us actually see the back of our heads lol)

Anyways i try not to worry about it cause the more you stress, the more hair you lose lol.

Im not worried about losing hair on deca, but whats good about muscles attracting chicks if ur **** dont work? lol. So i either have 2 choices, risk hairloss with a LOW DOSE of test (i.e 100-200mg a week) OR cialis.
 
My main reason I have never touched PH's...

Everyone but me has thin hair in my family.. Im only 28 & single.. I like my hair too much! LOL
