First of all you need to look at why your T was low. I have ran into cases where simple over training caused low T. A little rest and reducing training volume resolved these issue. Just because you had low T, jumping on TRT was probably premature because the dr was too lazy to look at the cause. When a Dr starts off TRT with 200 mgs EOW is a huge red flag that he is uneducated about proper TRT. So I would re evaluate why you are TRT and if TRT was even justifiable in the first place. With out looking at lifestyle, nutriton, psychological trama, hormone, thyroid and adrenal imbalances, environmental exposures, sleep hygiene, hidden infection, gut integrity, food allergies, over training then your DR is being lazy and putting you on a journey that can be one hell of a head ache. I spend more time correcting uneducated dr's mess ups then anything. This can result in 6 months to a year of damage control some times even longer. So I would re-evaluate the situation and also why you are on TRT in the first place. If you are under the age of 25 then your Dr should have his head examined. IF you are over 35 then it would be more medical justifiable.

Im 31. I know its not overtraining and i can tell that its helping a situation that has been lacking for past 3-5 years..as far as th other reasons, yea i dont know

NExt step rule out primary or secondary hypogonadism, adrenals, or thyroid. This is usually never done..
