jack3d and anabolic pump questions

I take 1 scoop of jack3d at about 5am and do cardio for about 45 mins then immediatly afterwards take my first dose of AP and 20 minutes later i have:
1 scoop of wheybolic extreme 60 from gnc
8 egg whites
2 cups of brown rice

a p90x protein bar around 9:30am

second dose of AP about 11:40am followed by (at about 12pm):
3 scoops of wheybolic extreme 60
2 cups of brown rice

at about 2pm i take 1scoop of jack3d
about 2:30 pm i do weight training and abs for about 2 hrs (back +biceps, chest shoulders triceps, total body depending on the day)

3 scoops of wheybolic extreme 60 post workout

at about 6pm i take my 3rd dose of AP followed by (20 minutes later):
8 oz of chicken breast
2 cups of brown rice
very large salad (lettuce, cuccumber, mushrooms, tomatos, broccoli)

i am looking for suggestions, i want to bulk up but also get a 6 pack at the same time. im in pretty good shape as, abs show through and have decent bulk but i want to bulk up more also lose the little bit of weight around my belly to make the abs really come through. (they only really show through when i am working out)

If anyone has any suggestions or comments please let me know

In my personal opinion, I would shoot for one goal at a time. Although it is not impossible, for most it is easier and more productive to shoot for one goal for a set amount of time.

With this being said, it is certainly not impossible to increase your abdominal muscle tone while gaining lean muscle mass. Especially incorporating the supplement layout you mention.
 
Thanks. Im also thinking about adding powerfull to my stack. Do you think that will effect reasults positively?

Also, throughout the day i dont have that much energy until i take jack3d and then get amped and work out like a beast.... but then im back to no energy for the rest of the day. Any idea why?

It will certainly NOT be counter-productive! I would certainly suggest the inclusion.

When dosing AP, what is your carb load in the following meals?
 
I started with 60g of carbs but i think im almost up to 80g now. i dont really measure anymore but id say its around 2 cups maybe a little more. is this too much?
 
i work out 6 days a week, so what should my dosing of powerfull be. ive been doing 3 pre-workout and 3 pre-bed. is that good? And how should i take it on my rest day (sunday) after 6 days of working out?

80g/dose is on the upper end of the spectrum but still not out of the ballpark.

Typically the dosing is 3 pre-training and 2 pre-bed.

Rest day, do not use. Take a break.
