What, exactly, is a "dry" supplement?
Is something "dry" because it lowers one's estrogen?
Does a "dry" supplement provide less lubrication for your joints (hence, they are "dry")?
Is that why you would need to also supplement with lots of water, fish oil, and/or Cissus?
What is the best way to deal with taking a "dry" supplement? (is it the water, fish oil, and Cissus mix or something else?)
I'm trying to become as educated as I can, so any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
