When all is said and done with my log (no more mr fat guy) which you should check out, i am looking into a couple of different stack ideas for muscle building

i force has a decent stack i forget the name of

but the real appeal to me at the moment to be honest is primordial performances stacks, solid support and testimonials and some good looking stacks make me want to give PP a run down

just wondering from you guys at AM, should i go with the 1 T, the Dermacrine, or the Turinabol, or go with a solid choose my own stack (thinking Andro, 1 T, Dermacrine, and then running a PCT with something along the lines of erase and tcf1, and of course using a cycle assist)

anyway

just wanted a thought from anyone, or if a PP rep can chime in and see whats goin on, based on my diet workout and experience (all found in my log), want to go for more of a solid lean muscle mass state

goal is to compete in may
 
what is your exp. with phs or aas?

Nothing yet, just looking into things for the future, and by future i mean soon, i understand correct cycling (and for these the cycle is built into the stack) taking extra vitamins and crap for protection of liver, and proper post (preferably with a Serm like Nolva or Clomid for most PH's, and properly reducing estra levels and letting the natural test levels balance back out to retain gains...

Its either these or running an hdrol

but i like the looks and based review on these

If u want to lose fat ur not going to build muscle at the same time, and if u do it will be not that much. Pick one, i suggest u diet and get ur bf% somewhere reasonable (around 10%) first, then use a PH or AAS for an assisted bulk to get some muscle up, maintenance period for a while after then do the show cut prep.

U can cut or u can bulk but if u try and do both together ur not gonna get 100% out of any cycle u run it has to be one or the other. And the maintenance period is for ur body to get accustomed to the extra muscle before show prep, otherwise ur going to lose muscle really fast.

If u wanna cycle for spring break like some kids, yes u can build some muscle and lose bf% relatively well in comparison to where u started. If u want to compete thats a whole other ball game ur gonna have to be strict and do things correctly.

I appreciate the in depth response to the question man, i am relatively happy with where i am at bf% wise (11% now down from 47% before) I am doing the bulk cycle next month with swole as a kind of intro into building, and im not going to try and cut while doing it, so i would apply the same tactics into bulking with these stacks (dirty) around 3500 cals

i am not one of those kids looking to look pretty for spring break, i am doing this for a new lifestyle and learning how to compete to take on after my father

if you would like a specific look at my diet and training i have a log up right now, would love new followers as i dont have many it is my first log

i am very dedicated to what im doing, as you can see through the progress and training, and want to take it to the next level

as far as the comp in may goes, its the contra costa show where my father had his start as well
