Protein Powders Harmful??

Here is my little 2 cents.

The country as it stands today does not promote building muscle. The liberal left wants men to be demascualted and feminine. When I went to a great school years ago I was disgusted at how they viewed men. We kept women down, we did this and we did that. Now they want the exact opposite. They want men who are like girls and girls in power, since we "owe" it to them for opression and no voting rights. If you look at the current generation of guys you will find skinny, pathetic, tight clothes wearing wimps. They wear traditional girl colors like pink and purple, and grow thier hair out like they are girls. Muscles are associated with criminals, testosterone, and strength, all of which the liberal hippies are against. Manly men take away from society. Promoting masculinity today is against the code of the liberal left, where women will have all the testosterone and men will be weak and frail and girly. I once asked a female college professor where all this inner hatred towards men comes from and she told me that "since a guy is dominant in bed and actually gives it to the female" that they have a deep seeded resentment. This is basic human nature and anatomy that the left wants changed. If you dont believe me think about this. TV is a liberal media outlet. Put on any popular show that "todays" generation watches and there will be at least one gay feminine male on it.

So to hear all these stories about supplement bans and protein dangers and everything else that masculine men have done for years is all part of this demascualtion that the in power left liberals have conspired years ago. These people are unAmerican and hate everything that generations before us have done. They wish we could be like France and other parts of Europe where the guys are a bunch of feminine losers.
 
What this article fails to mention that bodybuilders drink at least a gallon of water a day while using protein powders and supplements, while the average person drinks 2 glasses of water. Protein powders say right on the side to drink more water then normal.

Every time a woman bitches about ANYTHING my response is, "You brought it on yourself, shouldn't have eaten that apple"

No offense to real women, but those liberal bitches piss me off so much. Normally a comment like, "Hey, don't be mad at me because your vag is bleeding" will shut them up pretty quick. The beautiful thing about ultra-leftists is that they are not people, so you don't have to feel guilty about stuff like that

I by the way am a liberal, I work out, enjoy muscle growth, love cars, and anything else a red blooded man does. I do happen to wear fitted jeans (not skinny) and do own a pink button up shirt.

Your entire argument made my head spin. Take off the tinfoil hat. In fact, McCain is one of the biggest *******s with a fire under his ass against the supplement industry.

I dunno if your tlaking to me, but I forgot what I was typing about anyway lol.

I hate democrats and republicans equally. In fact I think the 2 party system is what is so wrong with America :(

But being naturally conservative, I do feel like the liberal left guys are trying to take things that mean the most to me away more than the republicans.

My comment was directed at Capone.

But I agree on the Dems and Reps sucking just as much as each other. I do primarily lean liberal, but I dont buy into party bull****. For example, I believe in the right to own guns (assuming non-felon/history of violence).

This isn' the proper forum for a political debate. I hate all politicians of all parties. They are all corrupt and the average stupid American doesn't realize this. First of all young liberals aren't liberal until they are brainwashed by some college professor, so that urks me to no end knowing that a "child" went to college and came out hating our soldiers, values, and what made this country great for many years.

The most harmful effect of high protein diet is its potential for GI problems, but they can be easily corrected if you know you are having them.

Think Salmon Pink. Pink enough that it will get noticed, but not pink enough to convince you I wouldn't feast on skirt clam all night.

Aw, c'mon man, that's a poor excuse for pink. Its not flamboyant enough. Lol

I actually wouldn't mind wearing a button up like that if it was given to me. I would just never spend my money on one. Good call chief.
 
I enjoyed reading this thread today and am impressed it remained civil. The one thing I came away from this with is that our dairy products are obviously tainted and THAT, not supplement manufacturers, need to be much more closely regulated for quality. And for the imported whey powders, the same should be done before it even gets to a manufacturing facility to go into food products that will end up on the tables of Americans. I foresee lots of redundant government jobs coming out of that but at least in this case there may be some benefit to be had from them (and the extra cost associated with them).
