Im sure your all relatively sick of hearing beginners ask about PH's and going in uneducated about what were talking about, but i have to do it anyway, gota learn
keep this in mind, i have been doing my research, and looking really hard into it for months, and i wont actually do my first cycle, one, until i have done a regular supplement cycle for building, two, im more comfortable with my weight, three, gyno goes away
im coming off a 100lb loss, and my ability to gain muscle has been horrible, due to non existent test levels, and crappy genetics (thanks mom)
I am however wondering, where is a good starting point, i know about the pre cycle (4 weeks) to build up the liver and system, all the cycle assists necessary, proper multi vitamin control, proper diet intake, and post cycling (serm preferred probably nolva)
I was looking at either doing a single stack of, tren, mdrol, hdrol, or halodrol, it seems tren is a good starting point, because most the results are a lean bulk it seems, i could be wrong about that, mdrol seems like i should wait for a second time around for that, hdrol seems like a good cut and build kind of deal, and i dont know much about halodrol, since seemingly not alot of people use it
also when doing this, i was never really told or understood clearly, do i take a testosterone AND estrogen controller with the PH, or wait until after, i was gona run any of these along with something like Erase, but i wasnt sure if i should do that with or after,
any guidance would be appreciated, and please dont be the guy that says, DONT DO IT, i have made up my mind that i am going to in the near future (after my 4 month log), i just want to do it properly, thanks in advance
