My Keto Diet

I'm going on a keto diet for 8 weeks starting next week and I need your opinion on my keto diet.

First 4 weeks:

Sunday-friday:100% keto

saturday's: cheat meal for the final meal of the day until my last two weeks of my keto diet.

meal 1: 6 whole eggs

meal 2: 8oz of wild caught mahi mahi(fish) with 1 tablespoon of olive oil

meal 3: 8oz of wild caught sockeye salmon

meal 4(post-training meal): 2 scoops of isopure zero carb with 1/2 cup of oatmeal

meal 5: same as meal 2 or same as meal 3

meal 6: same as meal 2 or same as meal 3

meal 7: 2 scoops of isopure with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

On non-training days, is just protein, fats and vegetables. Oatmeal is eliminated the last 4 weeks and is replaced by more vegetables.
 
I think I'd want to shoot myself after a few days on this diet. I do CKD but its much, much tastier - I rather enjoy it.

Are you trying to avoid saturated fats or something? Don't like meat? Just curious.
 
is that the canned version of wild caught salmon? ooooh i maul through those mophuckas, ever try the big 17 oz can?
 
Looks pretty good to me. I just keep cars under 30/day and do a carb up on Saturday. You might go 2 weeks before first carb up though.
