Well, here I am the morning of the 1 week mark of this stack, and I have hit the weight I wanted to see :) Im extremely happy I've managed to get this, I thought it was a little ambitious, but I trained hard and really focused on achieving this weight. I couldnt really beleive it when I saw the figure on the scales, I took a photo to prove I haven't made it up :sombrero:

Yesterday I did a good session on the free weights, worked out for around 1 hour. I tried ASGT for the first time yesterday, and geeez what a disgusting thing to drink ! Quite honestly the most vile tasting thing Ive ever taken :rasp:
The horrible taste aside, it is a great product, and it really helped me with doing maximum reps.

Yesterday I went into London to check out the HOOKS ShootFighters Gym, it is quite an incredible place, and has everything and more that I could want in a gym. It also has 2 boxing rings and an MMA cage :box: I am going back today to take out a membership, I look forward to sessioning this place :)

I'll update again soon

I gagged the first time i took ASGT lol. I have very sensitive taste buds but it worked so well once i got it down. I continued taking it and now its my favorite preworkout. I got use to the taste after a week and now i dont even notice it honestly.

Wow, I was a little skeptical that the weight you were losing was mostly water because it was rapid from the beginning, but the weight just keeps on dropping.

Amazing results.

for you to go up and down in weight that fast its just water and glucose in your muscles, the t2 is burning up stored carbs.

When I cut hard and eat clean on a sim stack I can fluctuate 5lbs from day to day depending on how hard I train and how much carbs I eat.

what your doing is filling your muscles up with food then making them flat with the t2 ect and training.

At this point you should forget what the scale says and go by the mirror and try to add some clean mass on.

what the mirror shows me is good to be honest... I am getting more streamlined and more defined. I notice the definition more in my arms and my shoulder areas, my mid section still has work to be done but even after a run I can now see the outline of my abs which I never was able to see before! :sombrero:

I'm in dude. Nice thread. I plan on running the same stack in about a month or two. Your results are great. Keep it up man!

well that is awesome to hear!! the mirror always is a better tool then just a scale alone! ;)

cheers for the positive comments guys :)

now that I am seeing the results and not just seeing digits on a scale go down it is even more motivation to keep up the good work and to train harder than ever :)

Whatever happened here? hate to bump an old thread, but just curious how this log finished. Am considering running this stack in a few months.
