hard lump injection site

been injecting on the same delt area with 24 gauge...but got a lump.. i can do right delt but being right handed it be hard to do..
was thikin the quad but i heard it hurts like hell..
any thoughts

quads don't hurt...and a lump at an injection site is not a good thing...

why it don't hurt? could just mean I always inject in same spot.. it just itches..

As long as there is no redness and it is not hot you should have nothing to worry about. Its hard not to itch it but try not to and it should go away.

that's why I was not worries cause it's not red or hot..

It's the oil building up in the same spot. Hit different injection sites. Glutes, quads, delts, calves, chest. I've yet to pin bi's, tri's, lats or traps, but they are options as well.

One trick I've learned to steady my left hand and arm when going into my right delt is to place the back side of my elbow on a wall or door frame at the appropriate height and lean into it as if you were stretching a bit, you are then able to precisely pin and steady yourself much better than if you were doing so free hand. Try it out.
