1. You're ****ing up your lipid profile. This can lead to artherosclerosis. Vitamin K2, by preventing calcification of cholesterol plaques, can keep the TRANSIENT condition of high LDL and low HDL from leading to PERMANENT plaques that could lead to coronary artery disease, strokes, or other vascular diseases later on.

2. You're damaging your liver, on cycle and adding potentially carcinogenic SERMs in PCT.

but remember it also can help clot blood, Steroids increase the viscosity of the blood, so may want to be careful supplementing it as well no?

My understanding is that vitamin K2 enables the normal coagulation cascade, but does not itself thicken blood - in other words, K2 is necessary for clotting, but not sufficient. Numerous studies suggest that a daily K2 supplement has no deleterious effects with regards to coagulation.

Steroid users may want to consider prophylactic phlebotomy, as this is the best way to get rid of the excess RBC content.

K1 i believe is the one you would not want too much of.

i have to brush up on it,

Yes, draw blood.

I am only suggesting vitamin K2 be supplemented - I am agnostic to K1 supplementation at this time.
