I just read about a study done in rats regarding ginger extract. It has an unbelievably high LD50 and is safe even when highly dosed. The rats doubled their T values in 28 days at a dosage of 1gr/kg (don't have the time to convert it).

So, I guess we'll all be taking ginger extract soon?

Link to study (disussion is in Dutch, but you can use google translate for those who don't read Dutch):

1g per kilo? That's a heck of a lot of ginger extract! :D

Nah, you need to convert that to human values. Don't have time to do the exact conversion, but you'll probably end up between 4-7 grams/day.

geeeez, here goes the onion thread all over again.. at least ginger taste better than onions i guess..

Ginger, onions, celery, all mixed up in the juicer.
Would taste awful but be easier than any other form.

is there a supplement company out there who is willing to make an methanol extract of the ginger? it does not only raises test levels significantly, but also dramtically raises sperm values.
