Glycobol and p-slin same day?

Ok im curious. I know they both work differently in many ways but same as well...right? now...i take glycobol with my breakfast depends on the day it would be 25-75g of carbs and than i would take again pre workout 25-75g of carbs..now sometimes i intake some carbs after workout or later in the day...say dinner..now can i take glycobol say bfast, pre and if i do end up cheating or eating carbs take p-slin? or has anyone taken more than 2 pills of p-slin or more than 4 pills of glycobol the same day?

I have not personally done it but I know alot of people do. Just do it slowly to see how your tolerating it.
 
thanx for the response lol been waiting for someones opinion...yea i tolerate it well....i take glycobol for bfast and preworkout and sometimes ill consume carbs for dinner and im considering taking p-slin when i do...so im guessing is not a bad thing...or something that will mess me up

I typically use Pslin and Gbol on the weekends as my carb intake is MUCH higher then than during the week.

I don't take them together but i do think it's fine and more beneficial to take them like this...

1 meal w/ Pslin
1 meal w/ 2 caps Gbol
another meal w/2 caps Gbol

Surprisingly when I wake up monday morning i'm the same weight i was on friday morning and i really kick up the carbs on the weekend. Primarily get carbs from sweet potatoes, oats, whole grain cereal like kashi go lean, whole whole bread, whole wheat pasta, etc.

Thats exactly how i was planning on taking it...Might take p-slin with bfast as thats the highest in carbs and gbol for pre-wo and dinner or cheat meal if it happens...

Now in the weekend u right ill do the same and up my carbs at times....but taking them together seems to defeat the purpose in my opinion..

Yeah i don't ever hit 100g carbs with pslin....i usually do 50-75 with both gbol and pslin

Do you know how long u can stay on p-slin and gbol? is it year round or 12weeks?

i believe it is year round
 
really? i was a lil worried u needed to hit atleast around 75g with p-slin. i know gbol is find to even consume min 25g...i guess i was wrong

great ill stick to them all year and maybe take 2 weeks off or so here in there or some days off here and there...
