Formestane grit?

Just started using CEL's topical form and there's always a lot of gritty residue left after aplication, almost looks like little strands of fibre glass or taurine powder. Is this normal and is there a way of reducing the residue? thanks in advance.

heating the carrier in hot water and shaking will dissolve it totally. My Penetrate + form needed this every application.

That's just a little seperation of the actives and the carrier.

Stick it in a pot of hot water and take it out after a few minutes. Then shake the living **** out of it.

Problem solved.

and this won't compromise the actives if i do this everyday for 4 weeks? also, this is my first time using form - how long roughly before i see any effects? have been on it 4 days now and haven't noticed anything really. I know i'm asking how long a piece of string is but just wondering.

cheers

You don't need to do it everyday man, just once and you're good to go :)

You usually notice results in about a week. With topical form some of the first things you'll notice is better pumps, you'll lean down and you'll generally have a "hard" look.

I think the guy that had to heat every time mixed his own. Form falls out of solution so easily compared to other TDs. That's why I buy CEL's premixed Formestane now. It has never fallen out of solution for me personally, but ya maybe there's a little grit occasionally.

OP, why do you feel that it's bad that there's some grit? I think there's always a bit of grit and might not necessarily mean that you still won't get the actives. Form is always a little gritty for me and I always get results.

Celc I've never used TD form before and just wondered whether it was normal. I didn't know whether the presence of grit was indicative of something that detracted from the effectiveness of it. I heated it once on hot water and while there is still grit there is significantly less. Results wise i've noticed i'm a little leaner and more vascular but my joints are really suffering. I've upped my fish oil supplementation to see if it helps things but if it doesn't I will drop my form to 3 squirts a day as I'm at 4 at the moment

Fcrane,
sore joints occur for me with different AI's. It's just gotta be a trial and error and then weigh your results vs. sore joints. There's almost always at least some consequence with these drugs.

Just to be clear, you applying 4 pumps once or twice per day? In other words was it a total of 4 pumps per day or was it a total of 8?
