Thanks man, great to have you along! I'm only doing cardio tue-friday. Tue-thurs cardio days are medium intensity and friday is HIIT.

I haven't pressed in ages. It just hurts my rotator far too much.

My goals for this cycle are just to gain some size/mass. I find it best to not set a number to the goal in this case.....whether I gain 2lbs, 5lbs, or 10lbs i'll still be happy. Then later in the summer (around july), i'll do a cut with Mdrol or some SD LV and bridge into something.

I'm really looking forward to the two weeks off. Should be interesting to see how that combo of supplements works out.
 
Day 5 - 228.2 (+.2)

Didn't really expect a whole lot of weight gain. I'll weigh in again on sun/mon and see where I'm at.

Here's what i'm noticing so far:

-Increased Recovery Time. I'm not the least bit sore from my back and bi workout last night. I also did HIIT on the treadmill this morning and my legs handled it no problem. My leg WO was Wed and usually i'm sore as $hit two days after. Not the case.

-Minor aches and pains existent but seem to be fading. I think that my body is adapting to the phera. The euphoric feeling isn't as intense and my sleep is improving. The 4g taurine is also helping.

-Vascularity in my calves is awesome. What's weird about my body is that changes to my body always happen in my legs first. It crazy but when my calves start to build up or lean out, the rest of my body follows suit shortly thereafter.
 
Day 8 - 230.8 (+2.6)

Just updating with the weight today. Although I have a feeling this gain is from eating bull$hit during the superbowl last night.

Today is an off day.
 
Hey sorry it's been a few days since i've updated.....just been crazy and **** will all the snow we've gotten here (3-4 feet in the span of a week). But I was still making it to the gym and golds was still open for the most part...there was a day where I had to lift in the gym in my apt. But other than that all is well and i'm really looking forward to the next two weeks as they are off weeks and i'll be getting to use some supplements that i've never tried before.
 
Sorry for being such a slackass on this log...but let me do some updating.

Last week hit 315x5 on the bench and was pretty happy with that. After that I went on to do 4 sets of incline DB bench...and hit the 100s on my last two sets for 6 reps each. Good $hit.

Today I hit shoulders and was the first day I really noticed a difference in my physique. So i'll prolly snap some photos tomorrow morning and then again every two weeks until the end of the cycle.

Let me just say this so far about the beginning of this off week. I am feeling F*cking fantastic. DTP and HGHup have been a great combo...and formestane has been making it even better. Along with my pre-workout and creatine...all i can just say is wow.

Hit shoulders tonight.....notables from the workout include the following...

DB shrug - 140x4 twice

Cable side raises - L5x6 twice....tried L6 and couldn't quite get it all the way

BB Shrug - 315x6 twice (did this with no rack...so I had to DL the weight and then shrug it)

nothing else really worth mentioning......overall just a really solid workout.
 
Day 19 - Weight 229.5 - up 1.5 lbs over starting weight

Now I know some of you may think that isn't that impressive. That's okay. The whole point of the 2 on/2 off is to make gains more maintainable...which also means the gains don't come as quickly either. Also helps with recovering faster from shutdown...

Which I must say has been good. While I was on P-Plex my libido was fine...however I noticed some testicular atrophy along with decreased ejaculation size. Now however after being on HGHup, DTP, Torem, and Foremestane....my boys are already back and my loads are the size of a semi :op: :dance: :head:

Looking forward to getting back on P-Plex again and off it again as well in the coming weeks

I'm entering my superset week...last night I superset quads + calfs and tonight i'll be supersetting back + bi's.

Actually man this cycle has been over and done for some time...i basically quit logging...got lazy...people weren't following etc. But i'm running a T3/Clen/SD cycle now so feel free to pop over and check that out link is in my sig

i already used MD1T (p-plex + x-tren + AAKG + silimarin).

I liked it ........ nice results, but, a lot of water retention.

what do you about p-plex Man !?

I don't think I have any pics from this cycle...but p-plex treated me well. Very nice compound IMO. Didn't have any sides. Very little shutdown.
 
Unfortunately, p-plex wasn't a good compound for me. Well, perhaps I shouldn't say that, but lets just put it this way...it's no SD. I have an extra un-opened bottle of it. How does one dispose of this product properly, as I have no use for it?

You could always try stacking it with SD. Or mail to me lol
