WHAT TO STACK WITH mri anabolic switch

Hi

looking for ideas for a stack with MRI ANABOLIC SWITCH besides BLACK POWDER.

aNY IDEAS?

Thanks

First, Anabolic Switch for some odd reason contains six types of creatine... Including the dreaded CEE. I would never take it myself, but if you insist on stacking it with some sort of preworkout similar to black powder (but better of course), I would look into Anadraulic State GT, Jack3d, or White Flood for starters.

I remember the days of Anabolic Switch. Tastes great. Its a creatine base so it can really be stacked with ANYTHING. But fidget has it right. Probably a good pre workout.

whats the problem with CEE?

Tks for suggestions

What's the purpose of taking 6 different forms of creatine again? I seem to be in a mental haze ATM.

i think it says "time release" type thing on the package. its no better than any cheap creapure

Oh, you mean similar to the concept of "12 Hour Sustained Release Protein"?

ill try and defend the product which i only bought "for a change"

in total there are 7 forms of creatine adding up to 6gms,theres a blend of EAAS adding up to 4gms plus aak, carnosyn taurine.

i think this may be aimed at the non responder to creatine, as all forms have been included , possibly because you might get something from one or more of them. There is a time release effect as someone said.

not quite sure why you think ive taken it before -quote 6 different forms of creatine again?un -quote

And it has good reviews

and finally i dont think anyone needs to justify to another poster why they take a product, Its personal choice, one they may disagree with , buts thats life.

My post was 100% generic. Your believing it was aimed at you doesn't come as a surprise considering 6 forms of creatine is complete overkill. No one was requesting you vindicate yourself and why your sudden urge for change came about. In addition, I stated "again" as a figure of speech or way of transmitting the idea that I needed a reminder from one of the good folks on here as to why it's necessary to take six different kinds of creatine. I apologize for your misunderstanding. I hope I didn't offend you.

P.S. User reviews are the equivalent of 5 cents to the dollar. There's a multitude of people who have applied urine to their acne in hopes of relieving their condition with "great success" but I doubt the other "half" of us would even consider such an extreme (not to mention entirely gross) method--even in our wildest dreams. If you ever wanna justify something, post up a scientific study that has been peer-reviewed in a prestigious medical journal. Just for future reference.

so you would never recommend something you were using to a friend if from your own use , you knew it was good?

there are too many sceptics in this world, have faith and believe.

As for your last statement which is in bold , youve set the bar now so i will be looking out with interest to see if you qualify anything you say with a scientific study.

You're putting words in my mouth but if what you're interested in is a pissing match then I'll pass. I do have "faith and believe" but there's a little more to that than taking a shot in the dark and "hoping things work out for the best". I am always open to what new and emerging research suggests. It goes without saying, friend, there is a certain amount of willingness to commit to trial and error in order to find what works and what doesn't (especially when it involves dose-specific circumstances or user subjectiveness). However, you're clearly entirely missing the main point I made--I don't hold it against you, however.

You will find that you will be terribly disappointed if you sincerely have intentions of following me in hopes of seeing every statement of mine followed by cited research LOL. I don't need to cite references in every or any of my posts. It is up to each of us individually to substantiate the information we read on the internet.

To accept anyone's word on the internet about anything as fact simply because they proclaim to be knowledgeable, experienced, etc. would be and atrocity and absolutely absurd, wouldn't we all agree?

The fella's only posted reasoning for taking the product was to "change things up" and because people on-line said gave it good reviews. I think he, as an intelligently designed and fully capable human being, can do FAR greater than that and enhance his decision-making process tenfold compared to what it is right now. He can make that change right NOW as you're reading my response to your misinterpretation of my post(s).

I will admit I will come across a bit harsh from time to time as I cannot fully express my sentiments and thoughts accurately enough but I assure you I am not a grudgeful, malicious person nor do I feel/think I know everything or anything for that matter. In fact, I'm hundreds of millions of years away from knowing 5% of everything there is to know about anything.

Read my sig. It may have a lot to do with why I am being incredibly misunderstood. All done. :bigok:
