Beta-Alanine @ Work

I've been drinking 1.6grams beta-alanine at work as a coffee alternative hehe. My co-workers think it's crazy that I mix powder into juice and drink it, but I haven't been lacking in the energy department and they have lol.

Beta-alanine is cheap so this is a very reasonable suggestion. The juice you mix it in costs more than the beta-alanine.

Anyone else do something like this?

Beta-alanine doesnt give you that type of energy, the juice is probably doing more for you.

My work is pretty physical, and it's easy to get tired out. This keeps my body going strong without any serious fatigue.

I've always used coffee to curb fatigue, but the beta-alanine has been working much better.

I'm not saying beta-alanine is a stimulant, but I am using it to replace one. I'm sure you could understand how beta-alanine can improve performance while at a fast paced/physical work setting...

yup beta did wonders for me during football season, we would always do sprints (length of football field) at the end of practice and by the 7-8 sprint everyones dead tired and im going strong keeping up with the RBs and WRs and im a outside LB

In a manual labor job, Beta Alanine would actually support your endurance. Muscle fatigue is what the beta alanine would be combating.

I was thinking of picking up Primordial's Beta-Alanine. Beta Alanine is found in many preworkouts, but if I am not looking for a stim, The beta alanine will should be of assistance through a long workout.

buddy's a chemist and made a workout supplement for us @ jitsu, called it CardioForce, makes my body tingle.

but the beta-alanine in it gives a noticable increase in cardio endurance, not really understanding what it does/how it works but i've noticed a major drop in lactid acid buildup in the arms
