Just joined, old pics and current pics

He appears to have some glandular development in his first picture, actually, it is simply that the ridges are somewhat obfuscated by the lighting. If you look closer, you can see that the region around the areola is quite prominent, with ridges extending toward his armpits.

My guess would be that his gynaecomastia was pubertal, and adding such a significant amount of fat mass has simply accentuated it; unfortunately for you, sonny, you seem to have a propensity to store the majority of your fat in your abdomen and breast area.

Good eye, I just checked again, I think you are right.

what is epi?

do not listen to that. that is pure stupidity. epi is designer steroid... obviously the opposite of what we need here.

keep your chin up son, this is very fixable. but you are going to have to change everything you do about training and nutrition as well as recognize your bodies limitations and restrictions due to your propensity to store fat in your chest.

my suggestion would be to lean up hard, like get very lean. then your bulking is going to have to be very clean, very cautious. unfortunately for you, you are not going to be able to bulk heavily and have explosive gains in strength and size. cardio and high reps are going to have to remain a staple in everything you do. you can not train like a powerlifter and you are going to have to follow a very sturctured high protein diet. your focus on heavy lifts and max lifts is going to give you the body you have now, which is fine if thats what you want but by your own words it is clearly not... so your focus has to change!

you can do it bro but its gonna take serious work and dedication.
