Been on PowerFULL for YEARS NOW.
2 caps before bed, every night (yup, no breaks, I'm over 40). That's it, never increased dose b/c I planned on taking this for a LONG LONG TIME. Sure, I don't get the same punch as when I first started but it's been years later. It's now a staple for me.
My Question: In an attempt to get more "GH" going in the aging body, I was wondering if I can take this prior to my morning workouts (2 caps) WITHOUT affecting via tolerance my night time bliss! For me, it's much more important to get a restful night of sleep with PowerFULL taken in the PM does encourages.
1) Will the AM dose render the PM dose Less effective (quicker tolerance/adaptation to the ingredients)
2) Will taking the AM dose (say 2 caps pre-workout) cause any increase in appetite (like GH typically induces)? I cannot afford to be any more hungy these days LOL
